No guarantee it even passes House.

If it does it likely fails miserably in the Senate and delivers a huge victory for Trump in the midst of the campaign.

I would caution though that it would only take 20 Republican senators to join Dems and throw Trump off the cliff.

I believe there are 20 that would do this if there was any kind of cover for it politically.

So there is some risk all around.

I just can't see Pelosi doing it.

Three years of you making predictions. and we are still waiting on the first correct one. Maybe you should just stick to yelling along with the ladies of The View or celebrating crimes against Trump voters?

Sheesh...

Yeah...I'd like to see those 20 you think would do it.

I'll tell you who won't...the ones up for reelection next year:

Martha McSalley - AZ
Cory Gardner - CO
David Perdue - GA
Joni Ernst - IA
Pat Roberts - KS
Mitch McConnell - KY
Susan Collins - ME
Cindy Hyde-Smith - MS
Steve Daines - MT
Thom Tillis - NC
Lamar Alexander - TN
John Cornyn - TX
Dan Sullivan - AK
Tom Cotton - AR
Jim Risch - ID
Bill Cassidy - LA
Ben Sasse - NE
Jim Inhofe - OK
Lindsey Graham - SC
Mike Rounds - SD
Shelley Capito - WV

That's 21/53 that are up for reelection. You're telling me that 20 out of the remaining 32 will cross the aisle and vote to convict?

It's one thing to make us think you're stupid. It's quite another to prove us right.

All they are doing, and have been since the SECOND he was elected is throw massive tons of shite against the wall hoping even one little piece sticks, or it appears to certain blocks of voters who can’t think for themselves that “if there’s this much shite being thrown, then Trumps GOTTA be doing something wrong.”

The fact is that there are no facts to back up their lies.. The Dem party is one of subversion, deceit, and appearance. They get where they go by spinning straight up lies onto their liberal socialist soapboxes and then trying to make it truth by convincing people it is truth, regardless of what the facts are.

In short, their frickin SNAKES, the whole lot of the dem party. They all need to be run outta this country completely. A Dem purge.

It fails because nobody can tell what he did to deserve impeachment.

It comes across as purely political. Trump rams it home that the Dems have done nothing but waste time while they had the house.

Republicans pick up the House and more Senate seats.

Cocaine Mitch confirms more judges and another two SCOTUS justices, putting court at 6 to 3 conservative majority.

Trump goes down in history as MAGA.

What week is it?

They've already done this against Pelosi's orders.
It backfired miserably. They will only talk about it on CNN now.. nothing more... ever again.

Won't pass the House, and the Democrats will face a rout in November 2020.

Please speculate.
The House of Representatives already voted on impeaching Pres. Trump last week.

The vote failed 332 to 95 with 137 Democrats voting to table the bill to impeach.

One of the big reasons is because most, if not all, of the Dems know the "Collusion" bullshite was a total setup and frame job, and they know there's a strong chance incontrovertible evidence comes out proving this.

How much worse would it be for them to vote for impeachment, and then a boatload of evidence come out that they can't hide proves it was all a sham?

The Obama admin was abusing the 702 program to unmask Trump associates. That could come out.

Papadopoulos was setup multiple times, and all that could come out.

Same with Carter Page.

The Trump Tower meeting was a setup. And, it involved Russians working indirectly for the Clintons and DNC.

The surveillance of Trump and attempted sting operations began way before July 2016.

The Dossier was partially sponsored and assembled by DOJ, FBI, CIA, and State Department officials.

The FISA warrants and renewals were all falsified/FISC lied to.

The DNC may not have even been hacked by Russians.

There is so much devastating shite out there that we already know about, we are all just waiting for the swamp to succumb and the dam to break.

There are ridiculously powerful forces trying extremely hard to prevent this from happening, but the Dems realize that Trump just keeps prevailing in spite of their constant efforts to hide their malfeasances. And they know damn well that all this shite could blow up at any moment.

And they are smart enough to realize that if they impeach him and then all this shite comes out, they are fricked. Beyond fricked, even.

So right now it's just a stall. They are waiting to see if the swamp succeeds before they proceed.

Bingo

what they want is to push out the Senate trial into late summer...Aug/Sept.distract Trump and the GOP for as long as possible before the election. Two wrenchs have been thrown to move up the schedule. Barr and his investigation that could shut them down entirely and from what I am hearing, Mueller himself, he's not well.

Yes, their efforts are to cast a pall over Trump and to perpetuate and malign into the 2020 election. So for fifteen plus months this will continue every day, every day & every day.

I don't think that kind of thing is on Maxine Waters' or Hank Johnson's radar.

Nothing to do with how safe their districts are, they just don't care - well actually they just don't think about stuff like that.

Said cover simply doesn't exist. They'll be thrown out by their constituents in the next election and the Dems will toss them aside as useful idiots.

Pelosi won't let it get to the floor.

Even if she did, and the House passed it, it would die a lonely death in the Senate.

Well you’re talking about idiots who are already voting for impeachment. I’m talking about the ones with at least enough awareness as to how bad it would be for the entire Left if they all voted to impeach but then the entire charade was exposed.

I still have a suspicion that Trump is slow-playing the Dems. Like he’s hoping they do impeach because then it will be so much worse for them when he drops the hammer.

If the soft coup perpetrators were all exposed right now, many of the non-vocal Dems could claim plausible deniability and say some bullshite like, “Well I didn’t vote for impeachment because I had my suspicions it was a frame job by certain rogue members of the IC.”

But if you get them on record voting for impeachment, Trump and every opposition candidate Republican can accuse all of them of being part of the effort to wrongly oust a sitting President based on seditious fabrications and lies by their side.

And I think the Dems with half a brain know this could happen.

Retards like Guam Johnson, Auntie Maxine, and Caveman Green don’t have enough brain cells between them to consider anything of the sort.

Zero. Waste of time just like Clinton impeachment.

Actually, it would be worse, because it is unlikely to even get a majority in the House.
