I'm not pretending anything. I believe there is a Deep State. I believe they stole the 2020 election.
I also think the Deep State would have been prepared for the counter-measures the RNC announced. [Don't cheat in a way poll watchers can observe.]
There have been some good explanations for the differences between 20 and 24. I was leaning towards "Maybe Trump being elected somehow benefits the Deep State?" The explanations have helped me reconsider.

The polls were all fake. It was just too big to cheat and overcome.
California kept voting and counting after the election. Places like Pennsylvania didn’t want the same optics as California and stopped counting because the Trump votes were just too big to cheat.

There was still an incredible amount of fraud in '24. Kamala had zero chance so they focused on the down ballots. They prioritized the fraud on Senate and House seats. It wasn't until shortly after the presidency was overwhelming decided that they turned their attention back to Kamala and fraudulently counted some 3-4 million votes (in the days following Nov 5th) just to reduce the popular vote margin in an effort to save face.

It doesn’t make logical sense that Trump would allow his re-election to be “stolen” under his administration and Biden would allow Trump to be elected under his admin. It just doesn’t make logical sense. No details need to be known or not known for the average person to understand that it just does not make any sense.
