Texas is begging Biden for help right now, not the other way around.
Texas already paid the taxes in to pay for this. They are just getting some of their money back. FEMA isn't giving them jack shite.

Trump threatened to deny aid to democrat states. I am sure Biden could do the same to Texas too if he wanted.

Good thing Texas didnt secede already I guess. Wouldnt have been a long succession.
they would have worn the hardship and got through it
but this way they have the option of having other states pay for their misfortune
Don't worry, California, Illinois, and New York will soon send Texas a bill too. The difference being that these states are in trouble because of their bad choices. Texas is getting hit with a natural event through no fault of its own.

Its a hoax. A belief by republicans that Texas will secede...
Fact is every major city in Texas is Democratic. I'll give it 15yr tops, Texas will be Democratic state along with Louisiana to join the likes of New York and California

If they seceded, they would not need to ask for money. . .because they'd have it.
They are part of the US now, and having no greater difficulty than they'd have on their own.

They wouldnt have it as soon as they seceded because they wouldnt have paid it to themselves yet. It would take years for them to get on their feet and is impossible. Its a fantasy.

There is a major storm hitting Texas right now and you are trying to spin that Texas asking for federal funds through disaster relief makes Texas weak economically?
And you think people are lashing out at you because you have made a good point?
The worst part is that this type of behavior has become normalized.

They are currently still part of the US.

They support many blue states

Are you upset that Texas is playing the victim card? Stealing some of the blue states’ thunder?

No.

Ok. How many years before they would get their power grid going to able to survive a winter storm on their own without the government's help if they seceded?
Texas already has their own power grid, it's called ercot.

So you admit that Texas wouldn't be able to survive on their own if they seceded.
You need to work on your syllogisms.

Do you even know the steps required by Texas before this could even be done? If you don't want or care to look it up I'll tell you it's more than "we're taking our ball and going home."

Why are you confusing a few idiots online with the texas govt
The “United States” was formed as a collection of sovereign states which were much more similar to separate countries than the named territories under a bloated federal government that controls everything you see today.
You’re the idiot, it’s amazing how moron cuckservatives like you are so easily manipulated about what’s “crazy” and what isn’t. If Texas secedes it’ll be the first step towards the United States going back to what it was meant to be
