Until someone can tell me how many PSI he places on the criminal’s neck…
Not guilty
Not guilty

Not necessarily, but at some undefined point its certainly not good news for the State.
Sometimes though--especially in murder cases--you'll have jurors who, despite believing in his guilt, get all civic minded and insist that they go through everything slowly. In a case like this that would take hours most likely.
Some of it depends too on whether the judge allows them to see any of the evidence again, or if they publish questions to the judge. Any of that sort of thing adds to the time.

Not necessarily.
Coming back right away is almost always a conviction.
Even when the prosecution just absolutely screws the pooch, the jury stays out a while to make sure people know they really thought hard about it before coming back Not Guilty or Hung.
But I have heard the exact same thing in opposite. That a jury about to convict someone will stay out a while to show they thought hard about it and aren't just heartless monsters.
So if the jury doesn't come back right away, its a toss up.

He's not getting manslaughter. That, is textbook intentional, planned murder.

We arent close to anything that would be considered "long" deliberations yet. As long as we get a result this afternoon I think that's pretty quick. If this goes into tomorrow I would be worried.

I love when people label offenders as "kids" only when it suits them.
Like when they’re 17 and still a kid?

Define kid. In lots of states a "kid" at 17 can consent to sexual activity but they're too young to be held accountable for plunging a knife into someone's chest?

My mistake. He may have been 18 at the time?
And trust me, I’m not advocating for the guy. He should be facing serious pound in the arse prison time. But young dudes do stupid shite
I guess my point - if I had one - was the bloodlust for putting a black guy away for life for killing a white guy seems to far outweigh the search for actual justice
Just my 2 cents, I’m sure the usual roasters will have a different and curse filled opinion

shite... according to some (many of whom are the same people claiming Anthony is a "kid") they can be single digits in age and consent to get on puberty blockers and get their genitals removed.

Actual justice here is life in prison, regardless of anyone's race.
He can't even get that because of his age.

That's true but it doesn't absolve accountability.

See this right here, this has nothing to do with race. KA murdered AM in broad daylight in a ridiculously stupid and senseless act of violence. It doesn't matter if they were purple and green, this was murder. I don't want a "black" guy put away for life for killing a fellow whitey. I want a violent criminal who has taken human life on the most bullshite reason imaginable to be served justice.

He can most certainly get life in prison, and more than likely will. Unfortunately he can't get the death penalty.

Perfect example. Lovely how the left likes to flip things.

Life w/o possibility of parole? I thought SCOTUS said no on that for offenders under 18. But I could be wrong there. I hope you are right.

So he wouldn’t have a problem being called a boy. Since he’s a male child.

I predict conviction of 3rd degree manslaughter in the face of being under the stress of being threatened by the victim.
Sentenced to 8 years confinement.
I predict he spends no more than 5 years in confinement.

The “bloodlust” you’re seeing is the natural response to idiots saying his murder of another kid was justified.

That will be a travesty.

So you are suggesting that 17 year olds don’t realize that stabbing someone in the heart with a knife (while on a school campus no less) is bad?
You goose-steppers are beyond repair.
