trump said he could shoot someone in 5th avenue manhattan and he'd not be in trouble. so now we see how. no matter what he does his fans invent excuses. they made up that he had secret materials in his desk? they made up his attempt to delete the server. this is great. you do his rico defense. you know both guliani and sidney powell have confessed.

Those little dots are called periods.
After you use one and type a space the next letter should be a big one.
Those big letters are called capital letters.

It’s bad enough to imprison a former President. If you jail one in perpetuity before a trial it’s worse than bad. Won’t go over well.

IF they were to jail Trump and IF they were then to deny him bail both before the election then he may well lead a true insurrection.

One could only hope.

What about for the principles America was founded on which IF they arrested a or the leading candidate from the opposition party would be basically dead?

Would you then Ronboi or are you just happy to let the swamp grow as long as your guy is leading the swamp?

Why these people's lawyers aren't filing these every fricking day is a mystery

You mean the J6 defendants who likely are below middle class can't afford more than a DC court assigned attorney?

Yes.

Forms exist and nothing prohibits them from filing them.

Maybe they're setting up ineffective assistance of counsel appeals.

Oh the melt here if they put him in jail and deny bail. Hell, some of the Cult45’s may even miss work.

I’m sorry.. but jail for that while the other shite in this government goes unchecked and full speed should be a travesty in everybody’s eyes.

Some of these J6 defendants have been sitting in prison over 2 years with still no trial. So much for your constitutional rights to a speedy trial.

They're prisoners of war who were captured by compromised forces sympathetic to a foreign nation that overthrew the United States.

1 seditious conspiracy
2 espionage.+ obstruction
3 racketeering my personal favorite thanks to guliani confessing
4 false business reporting ..

a guilty verdict in state of new york long before j6 case starts or
a guilty verdict in atlanta long before j6 kicks off.
any of that means hes on loan from a sentence hes serving and already under lock and key.
he might be in ny prison months before.

You do realize that there is a ZERO percent chance of what you posted happening right?

There is less than a ZERO chance of that happening. Racketeering is almost impossible to convict even if they had a good case which they do not.

Are you?

your guy led the swamp for four years, had every swamp creature he could think of on his team, GREW the size of the swamp and made them more powerful, and CURRENTLY has multiple swamp creatures on his team.
