Trying not to confuse some as Arabs and Persians have been at odd for a long time. Calling the Muslims was just an easier way to say it. But before Muhammad prophet they battled. It’s not like the history of mankind has chosen to not covet others land or goods in general and would kill to attain. They just enjoy it more
