How many times do you need it explained to you? Judge is the IDEAL witness if you are lying because everyone will assume he's covering up for his buddy. Let's assume for a second that she went with no witnesses. Her story becomes even less plausible and less salacious. Now instead of the narrative of an old drinking buddy lying to cover his friend's tracks, we have a classic he said/She said with nothing for media consumers to sink their teeth into. This is why Trump survived 15 goddam groping accusations during the months before the election -- no one gaf about a he said/She said.
