It can be done. They can be overwhelmed by numbers too high to overcome without it being clownishly obvious. See Florida 2020. Don’t think they didn’t have designs on pushing it over the hump to Biden’s favor there as well, but were shut down by the outpouring of voter support for Trump. You just gotta overwhelm their asses.

They threw the election so it would look good in the long run.

It's easier to just reduce their opportunity to cheat. Scrub voter rolls, stop mailing out ballots that aren't requested and do away with the silly drop boxes. They'll still harvest like hell but those simple measures will significantly reduce the effects.
