re: If Biden won 2020 legitimately

quote:Deadly serious. There was virtually zero investigation by anyone other than independent sources for 5yrs. Barr/Wray deployed exactly zero agents to investigate concerns. The Biden Admin took that one step further, and did what it could to undercut any efforts. Virtually every venue capable of hearing the case, found ways to avoid the responsibility.
Are you serious?
quote:Recounts are not investigations.
Georgia conducted a statewide hand audit and recount. Arizona’s Republican-led Senate ordered its own review. Wisconsin’s Republican Legislature ordered an audit.
quote:Not one scintilla of evidence foundational to complaints was reviewed in a single one. "Lack of standing" was improperly invoked.
Trump filed 62 lawsuits claiming election fraud or interference…
Your sophomoric "Nuh-Uhs" are indicative of the BAMN crowd for whom precess is secondary to result. You've made your disinterest in investigation clear.

“Nobody investigated” has quietly become “nobody investigated in a way I’ll accept.”
That’s not an argument. That’s a moving finish line bubba. That dog won’t hunt.

Georgia’s hand audit was an investigation into whether the reported outcome matched the paper ballots. Arizona’s Republican-led Senate review was an investigation. Wisconsin’s legislative audit was an investigation. The DOJ received allegations, reviewed them, and said it found no evidence sufficient to change the outcome. Courts reviewed evidence where procedure allowed them to.
You can argue those efforts were inadequate. You can argue they reached the wrong conclusion. What you can’t honestly argue is that they never happened.
And “62 cases, none reviewed the evidence” is simply not an accurate description baw. Some cases were dismissed on procedural grounds, some on the merits, and in several the courts expressly addressed the evidence presented and found it insufficient.
If your position requires every investigation that doesn’t validate your conclusion to be dismissed as “not an investigation,” then the conclusion has been insulated from being tested.
No matter how much you nu-UHH, there has never been any merit whatsoever to claims of fraud or interference.

quote:Negative. The hand audit was a recount of the original product. That's it. So suddenly 6yrs later, in Fulton Co alone we find there is a 17,500 ballot to image discrepancy, involving a plethora of ballots naming but one candidate ... Joe Biden. Seems those escaped the audits you're referencing.
Georgia’s hand audit was an investigation into whether the reported outcome matched the paper ballots.
There was no audit of Fulton County Election Preparation Center output, where machines generated thousands of test ballots indistinguishable from real ones. Those ballots were supposed to be spoiled after each run, for obvious reasons. But they weren't. The FC election officials who were supposed to man the center, stayed home d/t CV19. Instead, they turned the operation over to DVS employees who claimed they were unaware the ballots were supposed to be spoiled. Further there was effectively zero security at the center. Anyone could collect 17,500 Biden-only ballots and walk out with them. Those ballots were auditable. Yet they were never audited.
quote:Your position requires an investigation. There was none.
If your position requires every investigation
quote:Let's see. 51 ex-intel officials , Chris Wray suppressing tens of thousands of Chinese fake vote enabling IDs, "Lack of standing" inappropriately employed to shutdown cases, etc. etc. etc.
No matter how much you nu-UHH, there has never been any merit whatsoever to claims of ... interference.

Make your case.

You’re piling allegations on top of procedural complaints and calling the heap proof. Fine. Investigate Fulton County’s ballot controls. Investigate missing images, mishandled test ballots, negligent officials, and anything Chris Wray may have buried. But none of that establishes that 17,500 unlawful Biden ballots were inserted, counted, and certified. That is the bridge you keep pointing at without ever laying a plank.
And “there was no investigation” has become little more than a refuge from the record. Georgia conducted a statewide hand audit and recount. Arizona’s Republican led Senate commissioned its own review. Wisconsin’s Republican Legislature ordered an audit. The Justice Department examined allegations. Courts rejected some claims procedurally and others on the evidence presented.
You may call those efforts inadequate. You may quarrel with their conclusions. But you do not get to erase them because they failed to hand you the verdict you came looking for. The 51 intelligence officials, Chinese license claims, standing rulings, ballot-image discrepancies, and election complaints are separate matters. Reciting them in one breath does not forge them into proof that enough fraudulent votes were counted to change the result.
So bring the chain. Identify the unlawful ballots. Show how they entered the count. Show where they were counted. Show how the number was verified. Until then, you’ve got a saddlebag full of suspicion and not one stamped receipt.
And since you still haven’t produced the evidence, I believe that leaves your king with nowhere left to move bubba.

Let's dive into this a little deeper shall we? Who did the investigation and what exactly was investigated?

quote:If there had been an investigation, you would have a point. You are yammering that a case which has yet to be investigated lacks proof. I've never claimed otherwise btw. The difference is you are satisfied to suppress investigation, and take Racheal Maddow's word for the "truth."

OTOH, I simply want an actual investigation. E.g., I want documentation that the tens of thousands of fake Chinese IDs intercepted in advance of the 2020 election were simultaneously individually requested to enable illegal drinking by those CCP affiliates. If it turns out that was the case, fine. Do I think that is likely? Not at all. But I am open to the facts.

Happy to.
Before we redefine the issue, let’s remember the claim I responded to: “There was no investigation.”
That claim is false.
Georgia’s statewide hand audit was conducted under the supervision of the Secretary of State’s office with election officials in all 159 counties. It manually tallied every ballot cast in the presidential race to determine whether the paper ballots confirmed the outcome produced by the machine count.
Beyond that audit, Georgia conducted a GBI-assisted signature audit, opened hundreds of investigations into election complaints, and examined specific allegations involving absentee-ballot processing, voting procedures, equipment, chain of custody, and Fulton County’s count. If your argument is that one particular allegation was not investigated thoroughly enough, name it. But that is a considerably narrower claim than “there was no investigation.”

Let's start with the DOJ. How many federal agents were deployed to 2020 election sites prior to 2025?

quote:This is weird. You keep saying there copious evidence, then claiming there’s no evidence because there’s never been an adequate investigation. It’s a completely circular argument.
If there had been an investigation, you would have a point.
And it goes back to my original question i. themis thread.. so what? Do we hold a do-over for the 2020 election? If Trump wins, he’d be i eligible for his current term.

Question - how does the impeachments against trump and the weight of government befalling anyone associated with J6 compare to the actions taken to investigete 2020 election concerns.

This is really weird. You keep saying there was no copious evidence but there in fact was. The boasbergs said there was no standing during Obama third term. Imagine that. Enjoy what is coming chief.

Different subject entirely, bubba.
Whether you think Trump was over-investigated, under-investigated, fairly investigated, or politically targeted has no bearing on whether claims of widespread election fraud were supported by evidence.
If your argument is that investigators behaved unfairly, make that argument. If your argument is that the election was stolen, then produce the evidence that supports it. One claim doesn’t become true because you’re unhappy with how another claim was handled.
