Get rid of all Flock cameras and other cameras put up by municipalities. I don’t give a frick about the “implied consent” bullshite.

Crime rates? The Upper West side had zero murders and zero rapes so far this year. LINK Among all precincts, it’s among the safest from violent crime and property damage.
Translation: for a business making capital investments, it makes sense to prioritize return on investment.

Think of it like chess. Pawns are very useful, disposable pieces on the board.
A player can use them for all kinds of purposes.
The opposing player, can also use the players pawns against them. If they maneuver the player properly. Or the player accidentally puts them somewhere that blocks an important move.
If you think about it under a perspective like that. The left has maneuvered their own pieces into a place that is beneficial to our side of the playing board.

The cameras are the best thing in a long time for when Grandpa forgets what's going on and jumps in the car and drives until he runs out of gas. Not a big fan of Flock cameras, but they've helped out in a bunch of dementia cases.

Just this week somewhere pretty local to me an attempted rapist was caught within like an hour and I believe it was largely thanks to Flock. If its being used to remove illegals, that's awesome. 1984 is a great book and there are absolutely lessons to be learned from it, but I'm more worried about how many people revere works of fiction in an almost biblical manner than I am a FLOCK camera being used by President AOC to hunt me down for driving a car with an internal combustion engine. Every single example you gave was from a work of fiction 
I could get imagery from satellites that could see a pack of gum sitting on the dash of your car 2 decades ago. One thing that is going to happen with the cost of sending satellites up is that there will be live feeds via satellite of pretty much everywhere that our government will be the first to have access to sooner than you think. I'm sure they can already do it sporadically ad hoc, its probably just too expensive to have available all the time right now.
Point being, I do share a lot of the same concerns you do but the goose has already been cooked in a lot of ways. I would like to see some uniquely troubling case against FLOCK that outweighs the benefits without having to result in fictional scenarios. My position isn't "Flock = Good", its "This stuff is already happening, so maybe the benefits of Flock are worth it".
Now if there were any chance of dismantling the security state at its core I would be 100% opposed regardless, but if Trump didn't do it then it won't ever happen.

Ok...here's some non-fiction. A guy who was complaining about the local police department at town council meetings getting his license plate searched by the same police officer 63 times, not because he was suspected of committing a crime...but because he was annoyed by him speaking up against them.

Do you have any examples of it being used in a systemic way? Not just one idiot cop abusing it?

According to this, there are currently over 70 recorded cases across the country where officers have been put on leave, fired, arrested and some convicted for misuse of Flock camera (including stalking and harassment).

It's the constitutionality of surveilling everything all the time. We have the 4th amendment that protects us from unreasonable search and seizure. Collecting the public data and combining it with private data becomes unreasonable by my (and many others) interpretation of the 4th amendment. Especially when you pay attention to the fact that no warrant is required to use these services. Add in the egregious error rate where people are being accused of crimes they didn't commit and are forced to defend themselves because some AI somewhere couldn't tell the difference between a 0 and a O.
