Thanks for posting. It disproves what was claimed. The guy was never tackled into a restaurant. The guy was resisting and the headlock was for a few seconds to get him under control, and then the officer changed positions.
The story was extremely exaggerated as proven by the video.
The dumbass took off running from federal officers. Did you just expect them to let him go? If you resist arrest or run from the cops, you're going to have a bad day. That's not on the officers doing their job. Take it up with the mental midget who can't figure out how to interact with law enforcement.
