Wags is one of Graves' best friends. There was no way he was not going to endorse him. Wags also would have been a much better Governor than Landry. I'm not a fan of some of Graves' choices with siding with the GOPe in D.C. but I think he's a pretty decent guy. Landry negotiated that seat with the black politicos in Louisiana to help him win. He used that seat to bribe blacks for their support to win. Garrett was gone either way.

Of course he did. But to blame the loss of a Rep Cong on him, is the most retarded thing posted on here this year
I covered Landrys involvement in that same post. Graves stuck his head up his arse by going after Landry, Scalise, and Johnson, all in a matter of weeks. The entire Rep leadership wanted Graves gone, and chose to save Letlow. Either way Cleo Fields wins, because BR had to cough up black voters to get a 2nd district
That scenario falls on one person, and one person only, Garrett Graves.
