Private companies don't have the right to strong arm and person. Your small mind can't comprehend this though.

Ethics and morality
It's really fricked up that you think a company has the right to do anything they want to. That's never been the case.

A private company can do whatever it wants and require what it wants from it's employees.
Don't like leave or you know stop being a nutty anti vaxxer

Is it? How so? I work for a company that normally has ~1,200 employees on site but since this shite happened has limited it to only those required to produce product. Just this past week after a month of near zero infections, 32 people came down with it, all unvaccinated, now in quarantine and unproductive. They don't require you vax, but how would it be a "hidden agenda" if the purpose is to keep your doors open? Seems right out front, transparent, not hidden.

If you want to work in the medical field or around children you have to get some basic vaccines. This is no different stop being a bitch

Man it sucks that your company is doing this and that you are at odds with their policy. But no one has a right to work somewhere. Just like no one has a right to force someone to hire a specific person. I’m not talking about the rules of this fricked up clown world where we both know those things aren’t true. But on a base level, being an employee or employer should be a relationship built solely on choice. Time to find a company whose values align with yours or start your own.

Can we do a mandatory birth control shot? Raise productivity and eliminate child birth risk. I mean, private companies can do what they want, right?

Progressives are for individual autonomy until they need the collective to buckle under. Oh wait, they were never really for individual autonomy.

What concerns me is this bullshite these large employers are coming up with about having to get tested once a week, saw some even threaten twice a week. This is to isolate and target you as the ugly duckling getting pecked out of the order by your supervisor, HR et al just making your daily work life a miserable hell...especially in large settings where playing office and perceived power is apropos.
And I'll bet a dollar to a donut that these large employers will say this offsite testing has to be on your time and dime, to further the targeting attrition process and wear you down till you either get the jab or quit.

I just received notice on vaccine mandate at work. I am vaccinated but disagree strongly with any mandates.
Turned in my retirement notice a few months early. I will be gone 9/11 of this year. My immediate supervisor is not happy.
frick all that shite.

You can take all the time you want to fight this right now, but once the shot gets FDA approved later this year there's essentially nothing you're going to be able to do if you still want to work for that company.
But as I said before you're free to leave it anytime.
This also isn't an all large companies thing. I'm almost positive the company I work for is larger than yours and they announced yesterday to us that they have zero intention of mandating it.

Why would any company sign that? They’ll be laughing at you after letting you go.
Please spend $500 getting a lawyer to dream up that document.
They for sure won't sign.
But, you've laid a legal foundation in case of an adverse event, that they were aware of the unstable situation yet deemed their employees must get the shot.
It makes no sense to force vaccines. It's proven they can transmit and be reinfected. So you force shots, but the employee leaves every day and goes around other people.

There are specific exceptions set by law, but generally speaking, they can require whatever they want. It’s their business, and their property. You don’t have a right to a job, or a right to work for that person.
You’re either in favor of private property rights or you aren’t.

Mandate always has legal exceptions
medical would be one
you will be fine
medical would be one
you will be fine

A piece of paper is not a legal foundation unless both sides sign it or agree to it. What you’re describing is nothing but a waste of printer ink.

That isn’t relevant to whether a private company can mandate that you get it.
