Image is hosted on postimg.cc. Why go to all the trouble to screen shot something, turn it into a .jpg, upload it to a photo hosting site, and then copy the image address and post it as in image in your o.p.? That's an awful lot of trouble to go through when you could just embed the actual post to begin with.
