The political noob part was relative.

The d and r thing makes DC more challenging for a noob such as Trump.

Do you disagree?

No, this is not fricking normal for a President or a leader of any type. The two jobs that I have had that had rapid turnover were more the fault of the leadership than the employees themselves. The environment was simply miserable, the bosses throw their employees under the bus constantly (which Trump may be the worst case I’ve ever seen), and good people aren’t going to put up with it for very long and go off to greener pastures. This is not normal and you are delusional if you think so.

See, you can't even ask a simple question without the minions downvoting away.

NOTHING and I mean NOTHING Trump does is wrong in their eyes. Like good little German soldiers.

Ya know. Like during the campaign. When he went from Roger Stone, to Manafort, to Kellyanne?

This guy is not going to let his staff get complacent. And I love it.

MAGA

Manafort. Yeah, he was part of some "MAGA" plan.

Seriously...the dumbass should have never been allowed within a mile of the White House. The notion that he was part of some genius MAGA plan is pure fricking stupidity, and you're a moron if you believe it.

The turnover doesn't bother me tbh. Imo, it shows accountability and control.

Trump has a vision and really does not compromise it much. If you join the staff and aren't willing to do his bidding then you are going to get run out.

These are tough jobs, no doubt about it. Working for Trump and really going against the media and establishment is much tougher than most of the people can deal with. I'm sure he does the best he can in getting recommendations and looking into peoples background to see how they will perform but nothing can replicate being in the cross hairs and under daily fire. Some just cannot cut it.

I have no problem with it. There are a lot of people that want to join his staff. The key folks such as Nikki, Mnuchin, Kelly, etc... are fine.

the in party fighting is certainly different than the previous admin, but lol @ team d being against him as a reason for turnover. team r fought obama over everything he did.

and remind me how many of members of Barack's cabinet were ousted in the first 14 months

Really? Trump planned for Kellyanne, who was working for Ted Cruz in the primaries? I doubt he had even heard of her until like March or April.

I’m sure the Roger Stone thing was deliberate with the follow-up from Manafort, but that was Roger’s plan all along to be “ousted” so that he could go out and do God knows what to make sure Trump won. I don’t think Trump wants to know what Roger Stone did either. Roger is the foremost expert on crooked campaigning, but he can only establish chaos and not order. In other words, I don’t think Roger Stone knows shite about governing, nor does he really care about it either.

I never said Ds being against him affected turnover. You are usually looking for a fight telling people that they are poor readers. Did you read something into my comments that you wanted that wasn't really there?

Manafort was simply a handler to Trump placed there by Roger Stone while he went out and did just about any crooked act he could to make sure Trump won. That was not Trump’s idea.

Let’s ask most economists if rapid turnover is the sign of a good company.

Seriously, fricking think. When you’re applying for a job is “rapid turnover” something you see in good companies? No, they’re shitty ones where only incompetent upper management stick around. The problem is clearly with Trump himself. This isn’t normal.

It’s pretty simple. He doesn’t put Yes men in positions like the media would have you believe. He likes to have opposing views and let them fight it out and make his decision from there. There’s gonna be turnover
