Had a coworker tell me him and his mother had been discussing possible countries to move to when the US was destroyed by Trump.
Also asked if I was concerned or preparing for what was going to happen when the economy was destroyed by tariffs

OMG, i've had a blast engaging the lib aquaintances of mine out there. People I know through social circles, groups i'm in. I don't have close friends that are libs.
I never initiale, but don't hestitate to respond if they make some inane comment about "47". "Oh, you are referring to your President Donald J Trump? By all means describe what is bothering you.". And we go on from there. I prefer there be other libs in the conversation so I can make all of them feel stupid. Haven't had this much fun in years!
It does help on the socials that I'm retired and I can say whatever in the phuck I want to say. All with a friendly smile on my face!

I finally came to the same place not too long ago and mainly with one former co-worker. Cool guy before and we always got along but he's gone nearly full woke retard since I last saw him. It's really strange, nothing you share means anything whatsoever at all anymore. He'd argue against the most obvious facts now. Screw it, I just cut off all ties, waste of energy.

I've found that I am just too damned tired to try and talk sense to some of the idiots that are my "friends". And when I do engage with them using facts and logic the conversation *always* ends with them choosing one of the following options:
-"Well... I still feel that way...."
-"Let's change the subject."
-"I think you're wrong."
etc.
Not one time has any of them ever come back and said "Well, that is new information and it sounds like I have some research to do."
They just do not want to think and get angry with me when I can so easily defeat their arguments. I don't even take the bait of having a "source" any longer because I've figured out ways to defeat their dumbass takes just simply based on logic.
And nowadays when they ask for a "source" I usually just tell them that it's not my damn job to do their research for them and I honestly don't give a crap if they believe me or agree with me anyway. I'm just completely done with them - they are stupid and insane.

I try and invite them to come down and stay for family events but they rarely do. However when one passes away they always look to me for the funeral expense. They all live check to check no matter what they make.

It is a small consolation to me to remember that the further the Democrats drift from common sense, the less likely they are to win an election.
They've taken up some ridiculous positions as of late, not limited to ('men can have babies'):
1) Bring back an illegal gang member so we can give him the same rights as a citizen. If he isn't returned, the taxpayers should pay to send congressmen to El Salvador to smuggle him back into the U.S.
2) the murderer who stabbed an innocent high school kid at a track meet is a victim and needs financial compensation
3) Anyone driving an electric car is evil and their property must be destroyed
4) Give Harvard it's $2 billion back. Rich institutions need more money

I avoid as well. Almost every instance is them not hearing a word I said, and then them trying to explain to me like I'm five how the world works. Me being a law-abiding citizen who pays his bills and taxes, takes care of his family, and doesn't screw people over is somehow part of the problem.

I have a few almost all women. I like hearing what they have to say. They are pretty easy to destroy in a debate, However what really gets them is to just laugh at them.
It's ok to step outside of the echo chamber and believe it or not some Liberals are good hearted people. That's usually their downfall. The main ones (particularly men) think they are smarter than everybody and assholes.
