No desire to see it.

But from descriptions yes, why even waste taxpayer dollars going through the motions.

A lot of this bullshite would end immediately if the perps knew they’d be looking at a noose within 24-48 hours.

We’d be amazed at how quickly a lot of shite would straighten up on its own.

Same. Not putting my head in the sand, but no good would come from seeing that. I've probably seen worse in the movies, but there's that whole disconnect from reality that films have in telling a story, so it's not as impactful as seeing real life people being blown away and creating real death and tragedy for so many.

I've seen enough in my life and feel the same way. It started in the service. Though never in combat, I can't imagine what some like my father saw in Vietnam.

Your post reminds me of this problem compared to the past.

It used to be that watching a 'snuff' film/video was illegal. Today, it is something every 12 yo boy has access to. Want to watch ISIS take a chainsaw to a man, no problem. Want to see a FPS with a weapon take out helpless victims, livestream at 5.

I don't understand this world.

The things I've seen, I would pay good money to unsee.

Then by all means, don't carry. I'll hang on to my 45.

The was a retired policeman working security who apparently did and hit the shooter, but his body armor stopped the round. I didn't see that on the footage.

Do you think some of the victims "froze" and could have had time to run and survived - especially the ones outside?

Didnt I see him definitely shoot a white lady first and then also a white dude?

The only "miss" I saw seemed to be possibly because his magazine ran out and he stayed on the move.

I watched the nick berg beheading stupidly when I was young. Couldn’t get the image out of my head for awhile. Not really interested in watching people die at this point.

I was riding home from football practice with my sister's boyfriend at the time when we stopped at another guy's house and the guy pulled it up and had us all watch it.

We just drove to my house silent after that and he apologized. He quit hanging out with that dude after.

It’s still in one place I know of. Reddit. Watched it yesterday. Wish I didn’t. I checked just now and it’s still there (did not watch again). Guess the moderators haven’t located it yet.

Yeah no shite live video of people in terror begging to live another minute and then having their lives ended is a pretty horrific thing to see.

The fact that wasn’t clear prior is staggering and says a lot about our society and failures of such

I choose to avoid it, but really it should be watched for situational training.

Outside of the obvious shock and horror at the callous nature of the act, my biggest takeaway is how quickly it unfolded.

Somewhat heartbreaking to see that people froze for just a second or two once the shots started, and it cost everyone in the front of the store their lives.

I’m not sure there’s a way to train people for this sort of thing, but one thing is clear. When shite hits the fan like this, cowering in place is not the way to go if you can avoid it. Do not be a stationary target.

Nah, you can still find it. And as others have said, it's not necessarily a bunch of "gore". It's just the total disregard for human life that is so disturbing. It's like a 6 min long video, but the last maybe 1 min or so is just depraved violence.

One of the few remaining "gore sites" has it up. I'm not gonna link it or give any "....dotcom" hints.

But it's pretty damn brutal. Especially the first lady when he gets out of the car. She is just walking, looks over as he jumps out looking like "wtf", and takes a couple rounds, one to the head/face, and goes down face first. And he was making sure those already down weren't getting back up. It's safe to say he had been dreaming about this moment for a while and practicing for it. He had his left hand way out to the front of the hand guard, and was putting multiple round bursts on to everyone he passed except for the white guy right before the video cuts. He's definitely trained for this moment.
