So is anyone going to tell us where to find it or just talk about it all day?

Why on earth would someone willingly watch something like that?

I'd like to know how many of y'all voyeurs served in a combat zone?

I would like to think not many, but my experience makes me wonder.

Do you really think video games drove this guy to go on a killing spree? How many people play video and dont go into grocery stores shooting people? Or let me rephrase, how many people play video games and DONT kill people?

I’m not sure this is the right question. You make the salient point that FPS don’t affect everyone in a manner that enables psychopaths.

Do FPS games encourage some people to act out with violence? Do they contribute in any way?

I watched the nick berg beheading stupidly when I was young. Couldn’t get the image out of my head for awhile. Not really interested in watching people die at this point.

I watched it when I was in middle school with my POS dad and it haunted me. Many years later worked with a guy that contracted with Nick Berg in Iraq. He said he was extremely reckless and was warned multiple times about his behavior. Going around Baghdad alone and just frickin around like he was invincible. He messed with the bull and got the horns.

According to NewZoo’s Global Games Market Report from 2019 and a recent study by DFC Intelligence, we can assume that 3 billion people on this planet are now playing some kind of video game.

3 billion!!!

Yeah, so nearly half the world's population is addicted to FPS, right? That's more than the global Facebook user count, which is massive due to granny, business and bot accounts. So, gonna have to call bullshite that more people are pretending to digitally waste bystanders in line at movies than sharing pics of their kiddos and cats. Also, makes me question the credibility of raiseyourskillz.com.

Why Are First Person Shooters So Popular? (11+ Reasons)

How many of the billion+ people playing first person shooters are going on killing rampages irl?

IDK- how many of these young killaz in Chicago or L.A. like playing these types of games?

Liberal politicians will do all kinds of knee jerk, empty symbolic things over this. It's like after the Charleston shooting when the city of New Orleans took down confederate monuments, as if a REL bronze 4 states away had anything to do with it.

How about put the parents in jail and execute the shooter? Take the punishment straight to those responsible for the atrocity and set a strong example to the public.

NY is a blue state with strong gun laws. This guy was a red flag yet he was still sold the weapon after threatening to do something like this in high school. And even if he couldn't get an AR, look what the VaTech guy did with pistols. Or look at what happened in Waukesha with a jalopy SUV.

As for replacement theory, I don't know what the NYT official definition of that is, but I think any native born American regardless of race has a right to question why we're taking in 2 million unskilled uneducated migrants when we don't have enough baby formula for our own children. There is definitely a nefarious reason behind this administration's immigration policy, because there is no rational or logical reason for it.

I hear you, and I share the emotion. But an unbiased criminal justice has been, and needs to continue to be, a hallmark of our nation

I agree. But at this point in this case it would be nothing more than a show trial. Everything is on video

Video games and Video game time should be part of the Investigations.

Perhaps there may be a pattern, perhaps not. But I think all aspects of somebody that shoots up a supermarket should be examined.... Not too much to ask with 10 people lying dead is it?

I also think that kids that listen to gangsta rap from a young age have a higher chance of growing up and being gangbangers than those that don't.

I think extremely mentally ill (well documented) people having access to assault weapons is the much bigger issue here, compared to video games. Considering hundreds of millions people play FPS video games everyday and dont go out shooting innocent people. How about the guy in Vegas? He was like 70, was he addicted video games or just absolutely insane?

Your logic is like Democrat liberals... There are over 400 million guns in the USA... Saying Guns are the problem...
Out of the 400 million guns in the USA... This clown took 3 to the Supermarket.

Saying video games is making people go out and kill innocent people is way worse logic than anything youve mentioned

Hey.. IT's not going to bother me or you one bit for the Feds to go over game play and times of these kids now is it?

Do you want the government getting involved in your kids lives, telling them what they can and cant do, and how long they can do it for? You sound like the big govt liberal imo

1. Assault weapons is a made up category.
2. I would agree mentally ill people shouldn’t have easy access to guns.
3. I would also say mentally ill people shouldn’t be viewing hours of violent and/or pornographic media.
4. And none of these need to involve government intervention.

I think extremely mentally ill (well documented) people having access to assault weapons is the much bigger issue here, compared to video games. - No argument here.

How about the guy in Vegas? He was like 70, was he addicted video games or just absolutely insane? - And that's why we want all these things to be involved in the investigation. So we can try to figure out the reason why..

You and I both know that grown men play these things. Heck I have and I admit they are a blast.. Not saying they arn't.. But with me it's not that the games have made me crazy.. My guns are just lazy... They just sit in the safe and sleep all day... Probably haven't killed anybody since the war... Lazy assed guns.
