Not a chance.

FWIW, Texas will be blue in a few election cycles. Consider the implications. Might want to think what can be done now, wirh what may be the last few years of chance to get a solution.

You dont know shite about Texas, there will be NO implications and the 2A will not be infringed. The solution is for dumbasses like you is to shut the hell up. People like you, willing to give up their freedoms for safety deserve neither. Weak POS.

I don't want a red flag law at all but if there is one a false accusation has to carry extreme punishment including both criminal and civil penalties.

I don’t want red flag laws but if we do pass them I want to see strict limitations.

Penalties and fines for false reports.
Minimum of 3 reliable witnesses signing off on it before confiscation can occur to deter a single crazy ex or libtard from doing it out of spite. If a person is a true danger there will be 3 people willing to sign off on a report

I’ve got a solution...we arrest people when they commit crimes..we don’t take away their basic rights or track their movements when they’ve done nothing wrong

As far as the violence in inner cities go I have no idea. I believe it's gotten so bad in some areas that trying to help would only make the problem worse

How about we slap ankle bracelets on all the males between 18-50 and track their every movement?

I think people starting on some meds (antidepressants, anti-seizure meds) should not have access to guns until they are determined to be stable.

I think the risk of suicide is the biggest risk, but it's so shocking to see a person's personality switch because of meds.

Unfortunately, people won't seek treatment if they have to give up guns.

Maybe better education for patients and family members to the side effects. Maybe doctors and police could partner together. Doctors inform patients and police set up voluntary storage lockers.

One problem is that the side effect of certain medications is suicides and rages.

What do you do while good people (kids included) are put on this type of medication?

Certainly better education about side effects from the doctors.

When my daughter's neurologist puts her on anti-seizure meds, he never talks about the rare bad side effects. We've both learned to read a lot before she goes on medication.
