So you thought Bush’s War on Iraq was worth it then?

NOT having a nuclear warhead detonating on American soil? Seems fairly clear to me.
You think that this was even a remote possibility?

I thought Trump took out their nuclear capability last year?

It was heresy to suggest otherwise

This year no, 2-5 years from now, hell yes

Until our greatest ally tells us to go to war with the next country.

If they were interested in doing this we just gave them the perfect window
Our stockpiles have been depleted and now is probably the most opportune time for them to make a move

Then we could have at least waited to do this after midterms and once the economy was on better footing

Iran has no nukes.

Didn’t Trump run on affordability?
Trump also ran on preventing Iran from getting a nuke. Why do you only focus on one of these items?
Why do you not mention all the promises Trump has kept so far? Do you think Trump only ran on one issue?
You just focus on the negative so you can complain. No presidency will ever be perfect.
All of you whiners only focus on the present, too. None of you are capable of seeing the big picture. Trump is setting us up for long-term stability, but you can't stomach even mild discomfort to get there.
It's rich seeing a lawyer complain about rising prices when your entire industry raises the cost of living for everyone.

What is he supposed to do about the "oil executives"? What do you expect "oil executives" to do?
You talking about those who make decisions on behalf of OPEC nations, or you talking about executives at companies like Exxon, Chevron, Devon, Diamondback, etc?
You must have missed the news late last week.

Which stockpiles are depleted? Are they the same munitions that would be used in defense of Taiwan?

No new wars and affordability were a big part of his platform
I honestly think if he could do things over again he would have avoided this conflict
But obviously we don't have that option

It’s about China. Dummy.

This and immigration were the three biggest reasons I voted for Trump.
There is still a possibility for this conflict to pay off in the long run, but it has already dragged on longer than anticipated, cost more than hoped, and produced less tangible benefits in return. Now, maybe it is unfair to judge a work in progress, especially with a process as messy as war, regime change, and blockades, but I think I know an unnecessary boondoggle when I see one.

Not my problem. I’m worried about my life, my family’s lives, and my own country. Iran having nukes is a non-issue.
It’s an issue for our “greatest ally.”

With all we gave Ukraine and what we’re using against Iran, it’s a mistake to think our stockpiles haven’t been effected.

Every war game we have run says we lose to China if we confront them in the south China sea. One of the reasons being munitions constraints.
