Jan 2021. With two toddlers, we've been exposed to all sorts of shite including I'm sure COVID. No reinfections. Got tested a couple times (for good reasons) when we had colds. And I'm a lymphoma survivor (so far).

Subsequent exposures to the virus are your “booster.” If you get sick from the virus in 2020, and if you are out in the community/around a lot of varied people, you have likely been re-exposed numerous times.

This is probably right. I had Covid in Jan of 2020 and just had my antibodies checked and I am “good”.

This is why the chicken pox vaccine has led to an sharp increase in shingles. Exposure to chicken pox as an adult boosts antibodies that you gained as a child during infection, which holds back shingles.

Now that children are getting vaccinated for chicken pox, adults are getting shingles. To be honest, there have also been an increase in childhood shingles, which was extremely rare before.

Yet... the medical industry keeps peddling this vaccine.

That's exactly the way it works. Natural immunity > artificial.

I got it March 2021, flu like symptoms.

Got it again September 2021, not much for symptoms, a little tired for a few days.

Guess my natural immunity worked since I haven't gotten a shot yet.

I didn’t ever catch covid, am not vaccinated and haven’t missed a day of work since the pandemic started. I’ve also worked with multiple coworkers who I found out later had covid at the time. Maybe I have a strong immune system?

If you're under 50, you've got about a 1 in 27,000 chance of dying if you catch it.

So it's the way it works for 26,999 out of every 27,000.

If natural immunity works so good why do people get it a second time?

I am not saying the vaccine is perfect, just that natural immunity is not perfect either.

Meanwhile vaxxed getting jab on Wednesday and Covid on Friday. Strangely enough they don’t seem to get it again after that rare “breakthrough”.

You fricking Covidians owe Davy Koresh a fricking apology.

I have not had the shot nor anyone in my household. I feel certain I had CO-19 in January 2020. I was later diagnosed with it in December 2020, and August 2021. Yes, I know other crap can test positive for COVID, and supposedly other crap causes loss of taste and smell, but I fully believe I had CO-19 on all 3 occasions. I won’t get the shot because by now it’s fairly obvious my immune system can handle the virus and it’s not gonna kill me .

I just think it’s stupid that people infer they are protected for some unlimited time

Surviving COVID or taking one of the shots (Not a vaccine in the sense people think of vaccines) just makes it to where on future infections it’s not a new unknown virus for your body, which gives your body an improved shot at fighting it off.

Your body doesn’t forget everything it learns in six months or even a year. Getting COVID or the shot at a healthy 40 doesn’t make you immune if you become unhealthy in the future. Immune system strength in the end is what wins the day or loses the war. Everyone who got COVID and had poor outcomes is because their immune system was weak, COVID is more like a stronger flu than some super virus like Ebola.
