Not playing conspiracy theory but Biden was the most likely to get elected anyways and the majority of the population doesn’t think he’ll make it the full term. So his VP was highly likely to assume the role.
Then they went and picked a candidate that couldn’t get a single delegate. Kamala was hand picked and if it was to gain voters, it didn’t actually.

They are just looking for a 'body' to show, 3; like Meuller. Hell, given the Dem Base' delusion...they could go the "Weekend at Bernie's" route and not lose any support.

Hunter is not running for President.
