Doesn’t a computer shop have an obligation to report (to police, whatever) contents of a computer which has some of the pics, etc like Hunter’s did ?

This is an interesting development.
What if Hunter had a Bitcoin wallet on the laptop? Would the shop owner have claim to the Bitcoin? Just trying to stretch the analogy.

He did. He gave it to the FBI.
Which makes Hunter going after Rudy to get the contents declared inadmissible even more of a Hail Mary.

Yes going in there and admitting all those photos, videos and emails are yours
and they were stolen is actually a great defense since your father's goons have been denying any of it is real for 3 years now. This can't miss.

So, if there was no laptop, how did Giuliani violate crackhead’s privacy through showing what was on it?
Posted on 9/26/23 at 7:06 pm to 1BIGTigerFan
“The laptop will sink the Biden regime”, “I’ll show the Trump healthcare plan tomorrow”, “Jesus is coming back”, “I’ll build a wall and make Mexico pay for it”, “immigrants are stealing white women from Walmart parking lots”, and on, and on, and on…
It’s almost like you’re gullible marks who are easily conned.

Weren't some of his federal charges dismissed b/c California was the proper venue? And this suit was filed in Californian federal court?
Without going back to the beginning can someone answer some questions
1. Where was the shop located where hunter took the laptop?
2. Where was the contents given to Rudy?
3. Where did Rudy disseminate the contents?
Unless all of that is California the court down not have jurisdiction

What he means is that beside dick pics, hookers, and crack- there’s nothing to the “laptop” story. You’re being leash led. You’ve been had. Again. Grow the frick up and learn how to parse information.

Huh? Hunter’s laptop is loaded with emails about his foreign business dealings. Those emails have been authenticated by multiple people.

What about the NY Post?
Is what Rudy disseminated previously outed by the Post?

The rightful owner gave him permission to the laptop and everything contained on it.

Arrogance is the stupidity of otherwise smart people, but the Bidens aren't so smart to start with. They've just gotten away with so much crime that they think they are immune.
Agree. The big guy earned a lot of favors and credit on his 40 years in the Senate and its like his kids and family are determined to zero that balance out for maximum value before he dies and the credits are erased, because they know with Beau gone, there is no chance of another Biden senator. Hunter is damaged goods.
What they don't realize is that this is like Blackjack. Go past 21 and you can lose it all. Hunter keeps hitting on 15, 17, 19... is it worth it? If you have $20m and an admittedly sweet old Vette, maybe don't push for $30m and tempt fate???
But as you said, arrogance is the stupidity of smart people.

New Porsches, Malibu beach houses, and an unending supply of hookers and blow, can eat through $20m pretty quick.

Agree, when you have the greediest pack of weasels in your crew, $20m could disappear pretty quickly. Hunter seems like the kind of genius that would bet it all in a poker game and be broke by the end of the quarter.
