100% correct.

If we had invaded Cuba, you would have a point. We did not however.

My point is valid still. Putin didn't invade until he felt the threat was significant enough. You don't think we would have done the same had the crisis not been resolved? We were prepared to wipe Cuba off of the face of the earth.

Ukraine, deep state, and NATO were in on the fix. Putin probably threatened to expose the bidens and Clinton's if anyone armed them. It will be over this weekend.

Dear god some of y’all have your heads so far in the sand. Yep you got it though, deep state shite with Clinton. If the election wasn’t stolen Trump would have solved all this before lunch and still had time for a couple rounds of golf.

Really? Some people on social media who respect Putin's strength make us look bad?

You sure its not President liver spot and his loaded diaper, or the twinks in the WH? Maybe its 4 star tranny officer or the crack head, stripper banging first son?

After the Maidan protests of 2014 he felt like it was his only way of retaining control of the country. Most of the country outside of Donetsk and Luhansk clearly leans against Russia.

That's a long ways off from the Cuban Missile Crisis. Also, what nukes or international troops were in Ukraine? How could a military that's a fraction of the size of Russia pose a real threat? If Ukraine was so built up and posed a real threat wouldn't that play out on the ground now?

No. People are referring to people that are actually praising Putin.
No they aren't!
They are many of the same folks who say any opponent of BLM or CRT is a racist. If you don't bloviate on how Putin is irrational and doing this for no reason, you are established as praising him.

But they didn't, which ironically is the only reason Putin can march in with essentially no consequences.

:bingo:
Putin has had that line drawn in the sand for decades. Now that NATO crossed it, we want to vilify him for standing his ground.
All that had to happen was drop the NATO talks with Ukraine, but the world was too stupid (and greedy) for that, so here we are.
Also, China is going to bail him out financially, so he has nothing to lose here.
Sanctions aren't going to accomplish jack shite when Xi's bankrolling this exercise in order to gain intelligence on how the world will react in a month or so when he invades Taiwan (which WILL be done without provocation, unlike what's happening in Ukraine today.

In Putin’s eyes this is the only reason NATO exists.

Unless I’m mistaken, he’s way richer than Musk or Bezos. Just not on paper. Sanctions probably won’t hurt him personally.

Fair enough. There are a few loons out there that think he's "fighting the globalists" and other dumb shite like that.

I saw a meme on PT that credited Blinken with a quote that essentially stated that Putin was going to put an end to the NWO. Was that a fake? Or is Blinken one of the loons you're referring to?

Does this give him the right to invade? No one is saying so but rather pointing out how they understand that he saw it as an act of war.

..and if the USSR didn’t cave on placing nukes in Cuba, would we have done any less than what Putin is doing today?

I suppose we wouldn't be here if 2014 hadn't happened and the people hadn't booted out a Russian puppet either.

This was inevitable the moment Putin lost control of Ukraine in 2014.

Putin is wrong. I hope he's held accountable. But people acting like he just decided to attack out of the blue in a vacuum are just as stupid as people praising him.

Russian troops have been attacking Ukraine for more than seven years.

"standing his ground?" Invading another country is "standing his ground?"

Well, comrade, you are a special kind of stupid. If you love Putin so much, go live in his utopia.
