How many warnings did Putin give about arming Ukraine and NATO involvement?

It seems like many take pointing this out as somehow praising Putin.
Does this give him the right to invade? No one is saying so but rather pointing out how they understand that he saw it as an act of war.
I fail to see how that is praise of Putin as much as it is criticism of our ongoing horrid foreign policy.

Sounds like Putin had a plan to attack and take over Ukraine for a while; at least wanted that option…. Which is another take on not allowing them to have any defense

The failure happened in preventing this with policy, sanctions. Everyone was too selfish and drowning in their green energy crap to do anything that wasn’t reactionary, and they comprised themselves in the process. This reminds me of Afghanistan where warnings were sent for months about rebels moving in on the city and they ignored it until they got there

What do you do if you are Volodymyr Zelenskyy at this point?
NATO will not help. It seems Zelenskyy has only a couple of options if Putin accepts one of them:
1. Flee to another country and save himself and his family and Putin can install his puppet.
2. Become Putin's puppet.

Ukraine, deep state, and NATO were in on the fix. Putin probably threatened to expose the bidens and Clinton's if anyone armed them. It will be over this weekend.

No. People are referring to people that are actually praising Putin.
They're in the minority to be sure but you're running cover for them by pretending that they don't exist.

i've been beating this drum for a while.
Putin is a murderous despot. Full stop. But he's still the president of RUSSIA.
NATO existed to stop the USSR. The USSR doesn't exist. NATO continues to try and expand towards a non existent entity.
Putin is wrong. I hope he's held accountable. But people acting like he just decided to attack out of the blue in a vacuum are just as stupid as people praising him.

And let's be clear, nobody has substantive concerns that some really dumb people are praising Putin because they have an emotional need for a big strong daddy figure as national leader.
But their stupidity makes the rest of us look bad.

I suppose there is a deal they can make, but that probably won’t happen

No I said earlier in another thread that there will be idiots like this. Here is my exact quote.
quote:
There may be a few that "praise" him depending on your definition of it but it is not nearly as widespread as liberals are screaming it is. It's probably a small group of people.
Ironically, the socialist movement in America is found largely amongst far-left liberals and Putin is the very definition of how all dictatorships and socialism wind up now they are against it.

Fair enough. There are a few loons out there that think he's "fighting the globalists" and other dumb shite like that.

Well said and I couldn't agree more

We would have the same reaction if Russia starting arming Mexico.

This is only relevant if you believe NATO posed a threat to Putin.
