No, only to swing election demographics, and thus, single-party control.

I think the key part there was "with Putin". Putin's already made his demands clear.

Why did you edit out the second sentence.

The key issue is the cost of that peace. Putin refuses to deal in good faith or reasonably. Ukraine clearly is not giving up the land it lost due to Russia's invasion. Hell, it may not even be willing to give up autonomy for its international organizational decision making anymore (which it was early on in the invasion). It may want Crimea too, considering how shitty Russia has been doing lately.

Because one country's leader doesn't get to decide who leads another country. In theory of course, because the US has been doing this for a century but it generally ends badly.

Calling for regime change does not de-escalate anything. It also looks ridiculous when you still have foreign troops invading and holding your territory for you to be telling them how things are going to go and who you will or will not talk to. Expel the foreign troops first, then you can tell the invaders how things are going to be.

Ukraine, as of this post, has swung the momentum majorly. If there was ever a time for them to dictate terms, it's now.

Also there is strategy in disrupting things domestically for Putin. Z knows Putin is on thin ice right now with his oligarchs. He's fricked up this Ukrainian invasion and Russian oil is trading for shite still. China is on his arse, too.

You really need to stop and consider who you are responding to.

I posted the article's title -- WITH A LINK.

NO!
If there was ever a chance to reconsider past missed opportunities to submit to various Russian proposals, it's now.

You say this, yet, the entirety of the west and Europe seem unable to get the upper hand.

Could it be all your information is, like, wrong?

It is far more likely Russia hasn’t actually even begun to play yet.

A better measure are actions of the West and Europe and not “media”.

Actions show Russia is having far more success than anyone will admit.

Now that I think about it I do have an opinion. If he's representing the interests of any Nation or organization that is not Ukraine, it's Israel not the us or the EU

Mearscheimer, Kissinger, and me find you a foolish chump who disregards reality as though it were the same meaninglessness you have spewed here since February.
