Why would I be upset? I have no love for the Russian state. I just don’t like spending taxpayer money abroad.
If Europe doesn’t want to defend themselves, that’s their problem.

This characterization of people who believe that and who believe the costs of inaction will outweigh subsidizing Ukraine's defense as war mongers is bizarre.

then turn around and claim those like you and I who think the overall situation sucks, both countries suck but dont support the aggressor(who happens to be our historical enemy) are suddenly liberals

Many on the right have just woken up from the Neocon mindset. We just dont GAF. If it were as simple as protecting American interests, that'd be one thing. But we know that we are dumping billions in the midst of a recession into a completely fricked conflict we helped create. That's a hard pill to swallow.

The use of nukes is unacceptable. On either side.
That being said I could care less what happens there. I know of nothing that we import from Ukraine. The countries (Europe) near there should be the ones involved.
We should never give money away like we have. If Ukraine wants to buy weapons I'm fine with selling them. Think of all the things that could have been improved regarding American infrastructure with the billions of dollars we have sent over.
Infrastructure like improving our electrical grid, roads, bridges and dams...
