As noted. There are quite a few Rhinoviruses and several coronaviruses in the common cold plus a bunch of unknowns. That makes a vaccine for a "common cold" not such a simple matter.

Yes, endgame could be partially profit. And/or it could simply be the way of "wrapping up" a massive live human experiment consisting of all sorts of goals. Or could even be yet another facet of that massive live human experiment. Just off the top of my head.

Well, with respect of course, I only kept it simple because the question was set up relatively simply. But to expand a little as to potential motivations behind such a nefarious plot in general....
It's a real life field study on how such viruses move about the world under current world conditions. It's an opportunity to determine just how far governments throughout the world can go in suspending or outright nullifying laws, rights, regulations, etc etc. Yes, it's an opportunity for money grab in all sorts of ways, vaccine creation included. It's an opportunity to "redistribute wealth". It's an opportunity damage or destroy politicians or political campaigns. Again, just spitballing for the sake of conversation.

Someone's asking for something to chew on as to potential nefarious motivations. As I mentioned before, these aren't necessarily my own opinions or theories, rather merely some things if I was "forced" to come up with those types of explanations.

Ivermectin Hcq have both been used for decades with side affects being as low as any drug ever. Nobody suggested they stop anything,

I have not had it. Been considering it because of my age and I"m overweight but still have concerns about the vaccine. Nobody knows the longer term effects and it was approved as an Emergency Vaccine. It was manmade and I still keep thinking of the whole Bill Gates thing of controlling the population through vaccination. Wife had the shots and parents and in laws and none had major issues after taking it. Know a few younger people who were sick after getting it.
Long story short, I'm still on the fence about getting it. If work tells me I have to then I guess I will.

You realize that the virus and the vaccine were likely all created together, right? That's usually how that works. They don't release the virus until they also have the "cure" which can then gain a profit for the evil scientists.

I'm not injecting an experimental, non-FDA approved substance in my body, that is pushed by people known to want to reduce the global population, made by manufacturers who have no liability whatsoever if I become injured, for a virus with a 99.7% survival rate.

I was in a band. Bass player was ER doctor. They were all talking about how bass player was going to get vaccine at his hospital. I said I wasn’t getting that shot. Doctor got all serious and asked me why and said I was misinformed if I had reasons not to. Said that they were conservative including doctor but his buddies at CDC claimed politicization/interference from Trump administration. I said, not likely as democrats always are guilty of what they blame others of doing. Not sure if it's coincidence or intentional due to my stance, but I haven't been called to play with that band anymore. Oh well.
