You wear a mask in your car, don't you.

I want to respond to this, but I can’t stop laughing long enough to type.

Especially in the midst of the biggest political announcement since Watergate. Totally normal. Move along, nothing to see here.

While I get that conspiracy people think Biden is dead or dying, according to all reports (from his doctor and staff) he's been getting daily treatments for Covid and is performing his duties as president while staying away from groups of people in order to... not spread covid.

The guy released a major announcement on Twitter of not being able to run a campaign but yeah. It’s just a normal Monday

Woodrow Wilson suffered a stroke and was not seen in public nor heard from for the last months of his term. Most historians speculate that his wife, First Lady Edith Wilson, was essentially running the show for the better part of his remaining term after the stroke in October of 1919. His term ended in March of 1921. So, the Dem's have had a little practice at concealing certain things about the presidency from the American people.

Is he working?

He hasn’t had a full cabinet meeting in 9 months.

He dropped out of the election via a Twitter post.

He is currently delegating all presidential duties to the heads of each department.

The very least he could have done would be to speak to the media regarding his dropping out.

The amount of people currently searching “in Joe Biden alive” exceeds the searches for Kamala Harris.

That is a problem.

What? It took like 2 weeks in 2020 to make the foolishness of “isolate until not positive” to go away.

That was even in the original variant and double masking days.

How is he off the radar? He's in Delaware at his home, isolating until he's no longer testing positive for covid. We all know where he is.
No one, including the CDC, recommends “isolation until no longer testing positive”.

The CDC doesn’t even recommend isolation for 5 days anymore, a change that was put out in March 2024.

Well…considering there is a non-trivial chance that he has passed away, I’d say it is acceptable under those circumstances.

No way he gave up his candidacy (by letter) unless he is on a ventilator or in the morgue right now.

I’m actually wondering if Joe had a stroke and is exhibiting deficits. If he had a stroke on the left side of his brain, the right side of his body would show deficits (including weakness in his right arm which he uses to sign things). Can’t show his right arm not working since they claim he signed off on a pretty important document recently.

I know I’m not the brightest crayon in the box, or the sharpest, but shouldn’t Kamala be in charge then?

I mean, seriously. The events of the past week should scare/anger/embolden every single citizen of the country. People are literally googling whether the president is alive. Our government is an absolute joke. It is pathetic (though not surprising)

Considering that the dims accept the votes of dead people, may as well accept the rule of a dead president. Something sure is fricky with all of this.

No, but I do wear a mask out in public as does my family.

Not for the reason you think though. I've been living with cancer the last 3 years. My immune system is pretty much gone. So my family and I mask when around others to keep me from catching... pretty much everything.

Not 100% effective, but it helps quite a bit.

He didn't test positive for Covid at that point. Not sure why you think this is a gotcha.

The reason he's in delaware and not the white house is to be around fewer people. It is polite if you're sick (even with a cold) to stay away from others when you can. It's not a political statement. When I've had the flu I try to avoid being around others who I might spread it to. Could I have spread it before I realized I had it? Sure. That doesn't mean I shouldn't be nice to others and try to keep from getting them sick. That's just courtesy.

Doesn't explain why he's MIA. They have power and the internet at Biden's Delaware home.
