Apparently you are new to this board or you would already know that Trump is perfect and amazing and everything he has ever done/said/thought is the most perfect and amazing thing ever.

He was amazing when he was for banning it, now he's amazing because he isn't for banning it,.

I really don’t even know what you’re trying to say or ask. Maybe you simply misunderstood what I was saying. Trump’s position is that as long as the app has any connection with China, under those circumstances he would be for “banning” the platform in this country. Obviously he can’t speak or act for any other country, only ours. Yes, there are clearly more specific terms laid out in his EO. I herewith link the Order for the sake of convenience:

It would be very interesting to get the backstory on TikTok. I don't know if there was a political issue that has had a complete 180 from both sides in such a short time period.

Trump was opposed to TT as late as 2020 and the Democrats were all for TT at that time. Then something changed at about the same time as the Trump campaign was getting ramped up and Democrats suddenly wanted to ban TT and Trump wanted it to stay.

What * think was happening is something similar to what was going on with all the social media platforms mid way through Biden terms. The liberal communist party was trying to muscle social media into be government controlled like they had with Twitter and the pushed social media to supporting Trump. The Democrats saw this and new how powerful that could make Trump and that is when they started the campaign to ban TT. At the same time, Trump saw it moving to his side and the new momentum he was able to obtain from TT through the younger voters.

So what changed is that corporate tech pushed back on the government desire to take over their businesses. Their eyes were opened for what was really happening with the DNC and globalist power brokers. They finally saw they were now then hunted and about to be trapped.
