Isn't that what police do when they enter your house with a warrant. Look for any illegal activity?

The fact that they have probable cause to look for drugs would be a start.

I'm referring to the entire investigation. What prevents Congress from investigating Russian collusion? What prevents Congress from establishing a commission, consisting of former intelligence officials and investigate reporters, to find out all they can about Russian meddling? What prohibits Congress from investigating allegations of obstruction of justice? They have the right to subpoena witnesses during the course of an investigation and fact find. They also can refer complaints to DOJ for prosecution.
Ok? They aren’t a counterintelligence and criminal investigative agency though. They can’t go apply for warrants and such.

We deserve to know the facts about Mueller's investigation and the facts, or the lack thereof, that he's uncovered.
I imagine we’ll get that opportunity in the future. We don’t get to peek into the case files while the investigation is ongoing though.

We'll get to see the final report. Underlying evidence will be mostly classified and members of Congress will be likely able to view it.

They're grasping at straws.

How do we throw out an illegal action by a SC?

Nope, but they may be able to seize other items not listed on the warrant if they come upon contraband or evidence of a crime not listed in the warrant during the lawful search.

Why hasn't the Trump investigation been thrown out or stopped then?
If it's illegal like everyone on here is saying, then why hasn't some great legal mind stepped in and stopped the whole thing?

Members of Congress should have been read in on the scope of the investigation from day one. They have not been.

Everyone is terrified of being accused of obstruction of justice if they put a stop to Mueller’s witch hunt.

This. It's a full court press the likes of which have never been seen before to unseat a sitting president.
