You do not understand the difference between a tort and a crime. But even so, the tort system protects private property rights.
This is a tort. One can only collect if they can show that a lie was done purposefully to cause damage to one’s business, and prove the amount of that damage, essentially fraud. Fraud is a means of circumventing one’s consent to contract via dishonesty. A violation of consent is a violation of private property is a violation of private property rights.
This crime is committed when one attempts to use the government process to deny property rights from another or to entitle themselves to property rights that they otherwise would not be entitled to. This is a property crime tantamount to fraud.
This is an offshoot of another tort: battery. Battery is harm caused by unwanted physical contact. Assault is harm caused by the anticipation of unwanted physical contact. Threats and intimidation can be harmful just like a punch or a kick. As such, our tort system allows a means of recompense for this behavior, which is, once again a violation of private property rights.
This is a process crime. If government is to protect the private property rights of its citizens, impeding law enforcement from performing this task is tantamount to denying the private property rights of citizens who need that law enforcement to protect them. This is the most spurious one you listed, but it still relates back.

This may come as a shock to you, but there exist people with little to no education who possess wisdom you can never hope to achieve.
My ex wifes grandfather was such a person. A 6th grade education, yet the wisest and most intelligent man Ive ever met.

Mother Nature is ‘Just’ based on the principle of survival of the fit(est). Very efficient mechanism. There is no Moral criteria for ‘Fit’.
God’s ’Justice’ is based on the choice of a sovereign Entity. Merit as it were, but with Jesus’ Grace/Mercy factored in as God/Jesus knows the heart. Assuming one embraces Jesus and relinquishes sovereignty to God, through Jesus, via the Holy Spirit. No relinquish = no Grace, or “Grace is measured “. One pays one’s Karma.
Secularist believe that it’s the luck of the draw as to what conditions an individual is born into in this life. They label it “life’s lottery “ as if it were just blind luck, good and bad relatively so; and as such a form of ‘injustice’ which must be mitigated if a higher moral standard is to be applied.
God’s Children believe that “the hairs in your head are numbered “ and that NOTHING happens outside of the Just Will of God. Especially who and where people are born into. The obvious pink elephant in this room is why God would create “one to honor, and one to dishonor “. And that has been answered above. Albeit it’s the current theological norm to discount any reference or basis for judgement on a previous existence. To each their own beliefs. Either it works or doubt fills the gap.

Even without a government there is the natural right of might is right.
All rights stem from that one simple proven ideal.
We, the people, give up power to the government so the government has the power to punish those who disrupt the natural order.

The word "justice" is just like the word "fair" nowadays; Pretty much meaningless.
You ask 100 people what "justice" or "fair" means and you'll get 100 different answers.
The way I look at justice is just the upholding of individual liberty, that you own yourself, which I have pretty hard core views on. For example, I see the institution of government itself as having a foundation of pure injustice. It's based on coercion, theft, and the idea that the members of government have more "rights" than the rest of us.
