You know what?

If they continue voting in the numbers they do for democrats in spite of all the bullshite democrats are pulling there is something wrong with them.

I know members of both groups who think for themselves, don't know what is wrong with the bulk of them where so many of the people they elect when they get the chance are just absolute shite.

Probably in about 20 years, at that point most boomers will be dead or no longer voting and there will be only one generation left that votes predominantly republican.

Not nearly as close as Nick Sandmann is to being a billionaire.

Austin is totally blue... Right now Oracle, Facebook, Google, Apple, Uber and others as a part of the master plan are bringing 10's of thousands each into Austin. I spoke to client who is moving her Psych practice from Houston to Austin who said, "I'm moving there because everyone from California coming in is totally insane." She then emphasized, "I'm not kidding. They're insane. They only think of themselves in everything. They are totally godless. They hate children. They make tons of money and they think nothing of spending thousands a month on counseling because they're all so miserable." This is what's being imported from the west. Meanwhile, the numbers now show 70,000 a week are attempting to cross on the entire southern border though that number does not show the Texas numbers. In the 2016 election we saw votes for Trump switch to Hillary literally before our eyes. Add a couple million muslims... And it's blue blue blue. My friends at Sam Houston Base in San Antonio saw for two years Muslim males being brought in from the middle east and then shuttled quickly away. Make no doubt about it. The plan is to turn Texas blue and probably Arizona too. Then every election is superfluous.

Don’t worry about it. It can’t happen, Atleast that is what I have been told by many on this board.

If Texas goes blue it’s because California is going red. It’ll wash out.

Austin still has a few "cowboys" that believe in the constitution, bill of rights and other "enemies of the people"... Seattle has zero left that are in favor of America.

Go there and start talking about Trump or Jesus or any politically incorrect opinion and they blast you. They're insane by any other standard other than a Leftis Totalitarian Nazi Lesbian Biker Chick...

This is what scares the frick out of me. CA dems to Texas, NY dems here to Florida. Bringing their voting habits with them.

Nah. Been to both extensively. Seattle is no worse than "Seattle Blue" Austin.

Wont really matter much because it's a wrap for all of us in 12 years anyway. Immediately preceded by 6 feet of water covering the entirety of Florida.

And these idiots fleeing from New York and California, move to new states, and then vote for the same trash who made their old states uninhabitable.

Think about that idiocy. You are forced to leave a state because Democrats ruined it, so you flee to a red state which is run well, and then proceed to vote Democrat so they can ruin the new state.

10 years before Texas is purple, and in 2029, the chances of being purple / blue are good. Not now. However, BETO would give Trump a battle.

Travis, Dallas, Bexar, Harris, Jefferson and about 15 counties bordering the Rio Grande are reliably blue. About 10 other counties bordering the above are "purple".

The remaining 229 Texas counties are largely rural, and red and are unlikely to support most national Democratic candidates.

6 years.....the immigrant population of the Houston area both Hispanic and Asian is growing at a stupid pace and that will affect the voting results that come out. The only reliable Republican urban center is Ft. Worth and that being said, Beto did well there.

The truth is that Republicans are stale and are not coming up with hings that excite people. Yeah the border issue has resonance, but that is about it, but it's not enough overall to get the marginal types to vote Republican for Congress.....I would say that overall the governor's house and the Senate are safe for about another 12-15 years.

I would look at Arizona being flipped in the next election and there will be a huge amount of pressure to flip Georgia. Objectively with all of her negatives, Stacy Abrams should have been conceding at 930pm EST on election night.

Here's the thing, while you worry about Texas, Georgia is just as important a prize for the Dems in Presidential elections and they've been going at GA for two election cycles now due to the Atlanta factor. From a chess playing point of view, if I'm the Republicans, I'm looking to try and move PA more red.....In PA they need to fight the Philadelphia machine and blunt the trickled effect into places like Bucks County
