This is why the reports from the ethics committee should not be released. What we have here is a congressional committee that has played investigator, judge, jury, and executioner without the ability of the accused having an opportunity to defend themselves.
I don't think Gaetz has any legal recourse but at a minimum he should demand an opportunity for a public hearing where he can challenging his accusers.

Imagine being so dense that he hasn’t been charged with anything and this is their evidence to the public. Not only is it weak but since they can’t get a case this is his punishment, a bs report that nobody will read outside of the the title and headlines it makes.

Because the girl who accused him of rape had a falsely issued but otherwise valid state ID given to her by the guy who was trying to implicate Gaetz so as to get a reduced sentence.
