I thought FJBs DOJ won rulings in Arizona and Texas that states cannot circumvent federal laws.

Only now do these local activist judges want to circumvent federal immigration law in favor of sanctuary protections.

Here is the problem, they already seeker them out and arrested them. Lunatic judges let them go. Now they will have to be rearrested prior to deportation. It is pretty simple right….RIGHT?

But they certainly interpret it in any way they see fit. And issue rulings accordingly.

If so-called “activist” judges are applying the law, then good for them. They’re doing their job.
Quotas are bound to result in unlawful detentions.

If you truly believe in America and the Constitution you should support judges who hold immigration officials and ICE officers
accountable to the law…

Funny judges want to hold everyone else accountable but themselves. They need to be held liable for not ruling according to the law.

So what's the credible number?

Even if they are in jail, states are releasing them. Homan said a person can be wanted for murder or rape in their country, we have a retainer, they are arrested in a sanctuary city for assault, when their sentence is complete the state or city lets them go without notifying us.

Or in some instances, he gave a funny one. A liberal city said ICE has 48 hours to pick up a person from our jail, if they cant get there that is their problem. In that instance, at 47 hours and 44 minutes......they sent a fax to the local ICE office saying they were going to release the guy at midnight 16 minutes later.

Something has to be done about these sanctuary cities, they cant pick and chose what laws they want to enforce and still be a part of the UNITED states. If they want to be a free state so be it. Cut out the FAA and close their airport, cut off the internet, take them off the SWIFT banking system, and cut all federal funding. Stop any interstate commerce. They want independence give it to them.
