Hold the phone! The whistleblower didn’t even hear the phone call???

So some never-Trump and (likely) Obama-era holdover heard about a conversation, applied his bias then went about sky-screaming and the fake news was more than happy to report it as fact.

At this stage... With Rudy being asked by the State Dept and that Ukraine's old, more corrupt govt than the present govt allotted... That Ukraine already fessed up helping HRC and setting up Manafort.
Especially with Trump's upcoming visit to Ukraine...
In DC circles they heard it from a friend, --Clapper, Brennan, Lawfarebloggerfigs,-- who heard it from a friend --the 2 DNI people fired,--who heard it from another planted Obama spooks all over govt, that they had been messing around (corruption, scandal, Biden, Obama, HRC, sedition, political espionage) and would be caught red handed.
So they threw out the BS whistle blower charge (which does not apply within itself legally or in protocol) as a reach around of Trump's executive privilege. To shoot across the bow in fear and try to set up Trump again.
it failed because now Biden/Obama admin China stuff is coming into the mainstream.
TL:DR: All five eye countries --that assisted Obama (under probable blackmail of cutting their US billions off) in the Trump insurance policy sedition-- are singing like canaries.
Especially with Trump's upcoming visit to Ukraine...
