The simple fact is that it wasn't the left or the media that obsessed over Epstein for the last 5 years. It was nearly entirely the right, Trump and his people included. No shite they are catching flak for obfuscating whatever is in the documents now--they literally spent years vowing to release it and expose people.

Then he probably should have gotten a tighter rein on the people he was going to put into his cabinet and executive positions.
Like I said, it only stays in the cycle because MAGA kept it there for years.
In reality its a nothing story that should have died a long time ago, but it lives on because MAGA internet celebrities couldn't contain their clickbaiting grift about political enemies being rounded up en masse for prison over it.
