Let us face the cold hard reality though! Nothing will get done unless we win the Senate at the mid terms or it will continue to get covered up

I briefly read the OP, and didn't click on the link.

I would be willing to bet my house that Hillary's indictment isn't "probable". Even taking aside the fact that she's a powerful politician in her own right, she's also a former First Lady. I don't think anything other than a video of her committing a violent crime, with a public confession of her doing so, would get her indicted.

Sadly she will never be charged, will write a book about this experience.

The text of the Sussman indictment.

Nothing criminal ever comes out Senate investigations. They die.

The only chance this has is that it’s already being reviewed by a special counsel which apparently is following the evidence. That’s best case scenario.

This has been going on forn2 years now with only 1 slap on the wrist.

What we’ll probably see is a other report downplaying it and no charges.

This board's disconnect from reality is kind of sad to watch. i mean, I would love to see it but have you not been paying attention?

It’s gotta be the best entertainment on the webs. Has a group of people ever been so consistently sure of themselves only to always be 100% wrong.

Yep. The liberals that infest this board continue to be constantly wrong.

Honestly, it'd be like someone stupid enough to mount a serious campaign in Russia to take over for Putin. Death wish.

Also, why did you jump from making some sort of statute of limitations argument to now asserting we aren't even talking about a crime? Wouldn't any issue of statute of limitations be a non sequitur?

IMO if Durham thought he could prove that a crime had been committed he would seek an indictment before the SoL(s) preclude it.

Most if not all of the conduct described here was 5+ years ago so I think it’s highly unlikely that anyone else is charged for it. Not an unreasonable opinion.

So, if there is either no crime or any crime that might have been committed is now time barred, what's he doing? Why not shut it down? You think he's just milking the system at this point?

1) There’s nothing remotely close to HRC having violated the law during the 2016 election.
2) The 2016 election was over 5 years ago. If conduct during that time was indictable it’s probably too late to do that now.

I know many here demand to be outraged on a daily basis but this HRC stuff is just scraping the bottom of the barrel. Move on.
As pertaining to what has been revealed. I agree with you. The issue then is, how traceable back to Hillary does it get?

I work directly with the Georgia Tech Research Institute on development projects for defense applications. They have hooks everywhere in government and defense. But nothing ever really happens in a vacuum, does it? Somebody didn't just decide on their own to utilize the resources found at GTRI and backdoor their way into reading and downloading the President of United State's classified emails. No, this has roots, and depending how far back the investigation goes, there were people who authorized it, and who shared that data with Hillary. It's like, she didn't have to kill Seth Rich on her own. All she had to do was say to someone, "make this problem go away" and what happens after that, she has plausible deniability. So, without proof, or someone getting on a stand and testifying against her and it becoming a "he said/she said" situation and the jury faced with a "which liar are you going to believe?" moment, I don't believe there's anything here to go after her.

Yet.

He could still be looking at conduct post-February 2017 but I don’t know that. I can only guess.

The timing of his recent actions seem to bump up close to that 5-year window.
