If nothing else, there needs to be a trial process that permanently removes people from having anything to do with government affairs. If they so much as associate via a Christmas Card with anyone in any government, or anyone working for or consulting for any government, then they need to be placed in solitary confinement for the rest of their lives.
Like if I talked to Senator John Kennedy I would be forced into solitary confinement for the rest of my life? Would I retain my posting privileges on the Rant?

Her 2024 dream going down the toilet. Her melt should be epic.
Brings back memories of liberal, marxist, NWO politicians charging conservative, God fearing Republican candidates with criminal acts during a campaign and generally right before the election.
It is about time conservatives started playing the liberal, marxist, NWO political game.

Statute of limitations in conspiracy cases, which this is, starts, that is STARTS, when the last act is committed. One can argue that the current denials from the conspirators means the clock has not even started because they are trying to continue the conspiracy as we speak.
So the statute of limitations isnt close to running out.
This info is from the DOJ website so what do they know eh?

Not an accurate description of what was happening. The company had a DNS resolution contract that went back to 2014. So they’ve been doing this since the Obama admin.
And what did they do with the data they had…they went to the FBI. Not something I’d imagine one would do if they had been breaking the law.
Also, why did you jump from making some sort of statute of limitations argument to now asserting we aren't even talking about a crime? Wouldn't any issue of statute of limitations be a non sequitur?

They spoke after Durham's filings revealed how Hillary Clinton's election campaign paid money to a tech firm to 'infiltrate' servers that were at Trump Tower, and later the White House.
According to a filing from Special Counsel John Durham, the aim was to try and smear Trump by linking him to Russia, which had been accused of meddling in the 2016 U.S. Presidential Election.
Durham was appointed by then-Attorney General William Barr to serve as the Special Counsel for the United States Department of Justice in October 2020, while Trump was president. He continues to investigate a case that is sure to anger supporters of the 45th president.
Durham's motion that was filed on Friday looked a potential conflicts of interest with regards to former Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussman, who has been charged with making a false statement to a federal agent. Sussman has pleaded not guilty to the charge.
The former chief investigator of the Trump-Russia probe for the House Intelligence Committee under Republican Devin Nunes, Kash Patel, said Friday's filing 'definitively showed the Hillary Clinton campaign directly funded and ordered its lawyers at Perkins Coie to orchestrate a criminal enterprise to fabricate a connection between President Trump and Russia,' reports Fox News.
'Per Durham, this arrangement was put in motion in July of 2016, meaning the Hillary Clinton campaign and her lawyers masterminded the most intricate and coordinated conspiracy against Trump when he was both a candidate and later President of the United States while simultaneously perpetuating the bogus Steele Dossier hoax,' Patel told Fox. I wish Hillary would go down - but as dangerous as her making false reports to FBI so she could get dirt on Trump, is not nearly as toxic and dangerous as the Clinton Foundation. The main reason I wish she would go down for this is that Obama, Biden and that evil bitch Susan Rice conspired together to keep it hidden. Barry and the Potatus going down with her would be great.
The Clinton Foundation used to launder political bribes that corrupt wench used to sell our national security interests to corrupt dictators I have the most problems with. She built the organized crime model for the rest of these globalists and it needs to be rooted out of American Government forever.

Sussman's own 'billing records' show he 'repeatedly billed the Clinton Campaign for his work on the Russian Bank-1 allegations.'
It also states how Sussman and the Tech Executive (Joffe) met to speak with another lawyer working as General Counsel to the Clinton campaign, who Fox identify as Marc Elias from Perkins Coie law firm.
The filing also reveals how Josse worked with Sussman at the instruction of the Clinton campaign to 'assemble the purported data and white papers' - essentially to gather information that would tie Trump to Russia.
Durham tells how Tech Executive-1 said he was trying to please certain 'VIPs,' which is said to have been a reference to the Clinton campaign.
Durham explains that at Sussman's trial, the government will prove how Joffe was able to able to see what websites were being viewed on computers at Trump Tower, Trump's Central Park West apartment and at the White House.
Durham notes that Joffe's position as a 'Tech Executive' saw him entrusted to maintain dedicated servers for the White House and president's office.
'Tech Executive-1 and his associates exploited this arrangement by mining the Executive Office of the President's DNS traffic and other data for the purpose of gathering derogatory information about Donald Trump,' Durham states.

They tapped a president elect. That's espionage.
That's death penalty stuff.
Not sure what you are talking about.

Treason includes aiding an enemy - usually at war. There’s no enemy.
This seems more like sedition. I don’t think there’s a death penalty with that.

I understand that they tapped his wires. And that’s bad. Nefarious and awful. But how is it espionage if they aren’t foreign powers.
I agree with you, she should be prosecuted, I just think the actions of her selling her actual office to be more horrendous

I can only speak for myself, but I will never get tired of the PT board getting their hopes up.
This is like episode 23 or so.

Who do you see as the "popular" possible Democrat options at this point?
I have no idea. But I do think 2024 may be prime time for a dark horse independent to make a play. It's starting to look like the American people may be getting wise to the bullshite from both major parties. I'm hoping for someone who is willing to come out and say the hard things that have to be done to get the government and economy in check - namely quit borrowing money and start looking for ways to get the debt load manageable. Otherwise, we may start to see the debt service take up >50% of the federal budget.
But I've said this many times since voting for Ears and his Giant Sucking Sound. One day...

1) There’s nothing remotely close to HRC having violated the law during the 2016 election. 2) The 2016 election was over 5 years ago. If conduct during that time was indictable it’s
probably too late to do that now.
Ok skippy…. How about she goes to jail for giving classified information to persons who held no clearances.
That evil bitch ADMITTED under oath to doing that. She said under oath that she gave her emails (with her yoga pictures and Chelsea’s wedding plans) for her attorneys for them to remove that stuff.
The lefts darling (Comey) said that her emails included classified information.
Why does HRC get a pass on that?

To those who are laughing and making jokes about this story, what do you think really happened? Do you think there’s a zero chance there was any wrong doing at all?

This board's disconnect from reality is kind of sad to watch. i mean, I would love to see it but have you not been paying attention?
I've watched this board make predictions of elections overturning, indictments, etc only for it always to go the other direction. Every. Single. Time.
