This story hit NYT today, so it is probably about to get a lot more attention.
This is a crazy world we live in. A group of 5 students managed to take a not-a-big-deal story of a white girl who was cast in a high school play set in Paris and blow it up into an international story about systemic racism and discrimination in theater.
I can't wait to see what the replacement production is going to be. The drama teacher who is responsible for casting the replacement show:
