Same rogue US District Judge Robert Pitman:

I worked in Angola without ac after a court order just like this dude. I have first hand knowledge of these exact conditions. And that was after I completed my four years in the military.
Edit: Hell even nowadays being a lazy remote working software engineer I still prefer to cut off the ac and just work with a window open. I havent used ac in my office in the last two years

As if there are no innocent people in prison...

This is not fair to prison employees either. They shouldn't be subjected to extreme heat.
Posted on 3/27/25 at 5:29 pm to Jbird
Wait until they find out some schools don’t have AC.

Nah, I loved those days never slept better prison employees just need to stay hydrate. Drink water and don't cry like a bitch

They already ruled this in Louisiana when the death row inmates challenged Angola.

Oddly enough union members never sued or filed a grievance?

Obviously doesn’t go outside, in summer, in the south

When I was in high school we didn’t have air conditioning and the windows only opened about 6 inches. I sure wish we knew back then it was unconstitutional. Who knew.

Amen brother. And froze our arse in the winter because the boiler for the radiators didn’t work most of the time

Texas needs to put out on billboards in high crime areas.
"Can't stand the heat, stay of Texas state prisons" Have images of sweaty prisoners suffering from the heat of the prison.

I'm going to take a wild guess that this board would lose its shite if a judge upheld a ban on all guns that weren't around when the 2nd Amendment was enacted.
I knew some low IQ lib would try this one but ya see, you didn't really think it thru.
The 2nd Amendment articulates a right TO SOMETHING. Specifically, "arms".
NOTHING in the constitution says anyone MUST BE PROVIDED that thing.
Try again toddler.
Posted on 3/27/25 at 6:58 pm to Grumpy Nemesis
Can we get this extended to non-prisoners? I'd be willing to compromise and settle for just declaring.high humidity unconstitutional for all Americans.
Oh, and rain on GameDay. The Founders clearly never intended for that shite to be allowed

Maybe prison should be demeaning painful and a all around a horrible experience… maybe no one would want to go back for the free meals and a cot
