Name the last president to do something like this? Unprecedented, if Trump actually gave a shite it wouldn't have been a cheap political stunt. You know the black vote is a huge concern if he had to pardon one to find a replacement for Herman Cain as token black speaker at Republican events.

No I'm suggesting that if Trump did this from the Whitehouse as part of a daily briefing that would be fine. But he chose to turn it into a 3 ring circus to get votes which defys the spirit of the hatch act quite fragrantly
