Last I heard, Herschel still does THOUSANDS of situps and pushups daily. I heard him say once that he knocks them out during ad breaks when he's watching tv.

I met HW once with my 2 boys. He was giving a talk about his Multiple Personality Disorder on Parris Island. He's an amazing human. He spent time talking to my kids and actually almost missed his call to the stage because he was asking them about sports and school. He's a great guy.

The McCloskeys were good but Herschel has stolen the show. The Trump campaign is missing an opportunity if they do not have Herschel featured prominently in the campaign going forward.
