They are trying to obstruct Trump and his agenda in any way possible.

And Boasberg is their man. Every time Trump does something the Dems will run to him for an injunction knowing that he'll grant it.

The group filing the lawsuit claims it’s against law since it can be deleted. Where were they when the previous Administration’s National Security team advised their highly ranked officials to use the app?

quote:

Fox News Digital found that the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) outlined in a guide for federal employees late last year that encrypted messaging platforms such as Signal better protected officials against foreign enemy hackers amid a Chinese-linked cyber breach. CISA is an office under the Department of Homeland Security's umbrella that is charged with ensuring cybersecurity across all levels of government. Under the Biden administration in 2024, CISA released a "Mobile Communications Best Practice Guidance" for "highly targeted individuals," who were defined as high-ranking government officials or politicians who are "likely to possess information of interest to these threat actors." The document specifically addressed high-targeted politicos and officials

Who programmed names in the chat?

Also, there should be a chain of custody of who handled that phone

It didn’t have to be done physically on the phone.
The CIA programmed the phones, surely they possess the technological savy to change information on the phone with a computer.

quote:

According to Mike Waltz the name of a contact was mis-attributed to the telephone number of Jeffrey Goldberg. Waltz thought someone else (¹he will not say who) was in the chat group, but it was actually Goldberg. Waltz says his team and Elon Musk’s technical team are working through an investigative process to discover how that happened.

Has Speaker Johnson spoken again about stopping this bullshite and exposing the money behind these marxist think tanks?

How about reigning in the DC judges that the leftists shop for?

Or are they secretly hoping it brings down Trump, like McCain sending an aide across the pond for crossfire hurricane dossiers? When the "GOP" spoke out against the Charlottesville 'good people' Trump comment like Trump was a monster?

Or like the GOP Paul Ryan's and the 'good people' Charlottesville fedsurrection?

Or the red head bird dogger Jeb! sent to Trump rallies with the fake paid lady with nasal oxygen that said a Trumper beat her?

If Congress critters don't do something today, Roberts never will.

Judge is supposed to be randomly selected.

Somehow the Dems always hit the jackpot.

Sounds like the USSC needs to find a way to stop this.

Once the Executive is forced to ignore multiple court orders (which are 1000% horse shite in nature) the genie is out of the bottle for our rule of law.

These retarded federal courts have no enforcement mechanism and are queueing up Judges who are willing to go rogue when it's their turn in an effort to obstruct this administration.

He’ll issue an injunction against Hegseth acting as Defense Secretary and requiring court permission to exercise any decision.

The legislative oversight committee is responsible for this; not the courts. The Supremen Court has got to put a stop to this shite.

If someone is filling a lawsuit for this non issue

There should be a penalty for frivolous law suits.

Like, if they lose at any point they have to pay the governments legal fees for the entire process.

Or better yet - they have to post it up front as bond.

Why is this a lawsuit?

None of this shite makes any sense

The argument is they broke the law using Signal because FOIA. While its true Biden approved Signal, the question will be about this conversation (given it's sensitive information).

This is all part of the charade. It is all a sham. These same people will be outraged about a memo but they were the same people who ignored the content of Hunter's Laptop.

Remember that?

So is the biden admin going to get sued for using signal?

quote:

Biden-era guidance encouraged use of Signal app by highly-targeted govt officials: 'Best practice'

Using signal was actual guidance from CISA.
