Help Me Understand Trump's Claim

I thought the federal government was solely responsible for National Security?
So, during the 2016 election, Obama was president, and there wasn't massive Fraud. Trump Won
During the 2024 election, again, no Chinese interference, nor fraud. Trump
However, during the 2020 election, Trump was president, the Chinese interfered, there was massive fraud, and Trump lost?
Now, in 2026, Trump is again President, and again there are National Security Issues with Elections.
Is National Security and Election Fraud only a Problem when Trump is President and his administration is in charge of National Security?

However, during the 2020 election, Trump was president, the Chinese interfered, there was massive fraud, and Trump lost?

Trump and his supporters shocked the establishment political order in 2016 and they were not gonna have it in 2020 GE. After the 2020 GE there were too many people watching the 2024 GE for an easy rig, plus Kackles was a terrible Democratic Socialist candidate.

This is a good argument. My best answer is some of the state tightened voting regs (Ie GA) after 2020. Plus Biden was an idiot and Kamala was a total plug and play tool?

She got more raw votes in 2024 than Trump did in 2020 or 2016 and only a couple million less than he did in 2024.
Without knowing whether election security was any better in 2024 or not, I'll at least accept as a possible answer that too many people were watching in 2024 after the controversy of 2020 to dump massive amounts of votes in that election, but the "Harris was too far behind to cheat for," narrative makes no sense.

They underestimated how much cheating they needed to do and the election was over once Florida, Ohio, and Pennsylvania went Trump.
No mass mail in ballots in swing states like 2020.
The arrogant frickers literally didn’t expect Trump to have so much legitimate support.
Trump voters overwhelmed the rigging.
Ask yourself why they accused Russia of “rigging the election” yet never pursued looking at voting machines or doing any audits of the results. Odd.

This is the fraudulent election in dispute right now. Evidence is being shown it was stolen. It will all be pieced together as to how. But all they need to do for now is to show that at least one states outcome was altered.

The democrats ran a dead guy
Then inserted an unelected idiot
Trump was resurgent and had just survived an assassination attempt
Biden admin was the most unpopular administration in history at the time
Trump put tons of money into poll watchers and monitoring all the crucial swing states where the cheating was most prevalent
Trump got massive turnout and overwhelmed their reduced cheating efforts and abysmal real turnout.

What I can't take seriously are responses that show someone didn't pass 10th-grade civics if they think states and blue cities are involved in international diplomacy and should be the first line of defense in National Security involving the Chinese.

How about cheating and foreign influence in every modern election with Republicans winning only because they were underestimated (see 2016) or they mustered unprecedented turnout making their lead too big to rig.
