a - Their Navy and their Air Force are gone - evidenced by how we are doing what we want.
b - The top two levels were; however, people who do not care if they get sent to their 72 virgins prepared for such.

h - If they can starve through the mid-terms and Trump loses Congress, then they will likely pay a brutal price provided by someone who has nothing to lose but in the history books. So, if they want any kind of deal and remain alive, they would be better off making a deal while Trump can still avoid daily impeachments.
