One of my friends from the military went trans recently. Last dude anyone expected to do that. Only recently most of our shop found out.
I’ve seen plenty of others out and about over the years. I’m not that old and growing up they would’ve been considered freaks of the earth where I’m from, small rural area.

My son had a child in his class in Pre-K 4 whose mom would dress him up as Elsa for story book character day. Let’s call him “Peter”. The class ended Pre-K early for Covid that year.
When they returned the next year, this child had longer hair and wanted to be called “Julie”. Used the girls bathroom and had all privileges of a girl. My 5 year old was not in his class the following year for Kindergarten and due to Covid restrictions, didn’t not interact with him. It wasn’t until 2nd grade they were in the same class again and my son’s teacher tells me that my child walked up to the kid and said “What happened to Peter? Did you just wake up one morning and decide you were a girl?”
I think that’s a pretty reasonable response for a 7 year old. Needless to say, Peter’s parents moved to a state that supported hormone therapy for children of that age so he is no longer in their school.
So yes, we have met a trans person.

Yes, but I often stop by Trader Joe’s to grab booze and snacks.

Maybe? Seen dudes dressed like women, or at least what they picture a woman as looking like. I have no idea if they had their junk lopped off or not.

Yes. I have met them. The girl I was dating in Highschool uncle was Trans. I thought it was weird then just like I do now. Also when I was a kid my family was eating at the truckstop in Slidell. My cousin and I went to the men's bathroom and a "woman" was inside washing her hands. It wasn't years later that we realized it was actually a man dressed as woman. Probably one of the ugliest "women" I ever seen in my life.

Yes and it was an extremely confusing situation, not like the stereotypical ones you hear about. This dude was a badass snowboarder, rock climber, great personality, genuinely fun to be around. But had long hair, painted nails, and wore pretty earrings. And a light coat of make up, not drag queen-esque, just enough that you would notice. And of course wanted to be referred to as “she”.
Almost like he just woke up one day and thought it would be fun to play a girl for the day.
Did he look like this??

So your niece is now a lesbian?
I find this fascinating, I've read articles where this has happened, one partner transitions, and I always think, "So the other person is just ok with becoming gay?"

One worked with us for about a whole 2 months. Or I guess she was an inbetween (like in the midst of transitioning).
It was honestly like living a reality tv show. On any given day, we didn't know if we were getting the want to be female version or the want to be male version. For example, one day she would talk about what skirts she liked, and then the next day she would talk about her gay boyfriend and how much testosterone she needed to take to be able to transition.
We decided it was an attention grab.
Gladly Shreveport decided to take this person away from us. Thank you Port City

Many years ago I would buy weed from this gay waiter who did a drag show. I saw it a couple of times and it was funny. I wouldn't say he was trans though. He didn't have any delusions that I could see about actually being a woman.

Over the years I have met several in the restaurant world that I oversee. Every one of them were terminated within a couple months for causing drama or melting down during stressful shifts. They can’t mentally strive because of their mental illness.

Of course not. No such thing. You are either male or female.
Duh…
Duh…

Anybody at LSU law school around 1988-1990? I seem to remember a married couple where the husband came out as trans-woman and the wife decided she was a lesbian so they stayed together. This happened right before they finished school the husband/trans-woman wanted LSU to use his woman name on his diploma and LSU refused. quite the scandal.

Swing how a man cannot become a woman and visa versa...
No. No one has because they don't exist. No more than "non-binary"
It's made up nonsense

My next door neighbor has a 17 year old daughter on male hormones. She was cute. Now, she's not.
It's sad.

The trans was really crazy
So you’re telling me that the woman pretending to be a man wasn’t a stable upstanding member of society? Well now I’ve heard it all.
