Interested in hearing who they’ve decided will accomplish their agenda without needing congress.

I’m not saying that I like Mitt Romney. I am alleging that the anti-Trump “republicans” on this board probably like Mitt Romney.

Those that are so vocal now were more than likely the silent majority
They were silent and couldn't be bothered to find support fund and promote new candidates and sat on their asses during primaries
Couldn't be bothered one bit until it was time to piss and moan
The primary numbers have been absolutely abysmal
Now they will sit silent & on their asses for midterms and if it goes south they will blame everyone and everything else but the man in the mirror

The reason people like me are unhappy with Trump is because he is like Romney.
And it's the craziest thing because those people hated Trump before the election and then Trump gets elected and starts cozying up with them. They stabbed him in the back in 2020, and now he's up there with more neocons.
The fact he was being attacked by people like that was part of the reason I voted for him in 2024. I thought he was really going to drain the swamp, not join them.

I'm sure there are one or two possibilities that won't land us in a pointless war without any apparent end goal, but I don't see the point in speculating. Us peasants don't get to choose the candidates, after all. That's the job of the oligarchy.
