This Is What You Do Not Want To Do!!

quote:

ALERT: Man is tased at a gas pump and catches on fire after calling a Fish and Wildlife officer an a*shole.

Clarence Coyl and a friend went to the Havasu National Wildlife Refuge and drove through an open gate.

Fish and Wildlife officer P. Nielsen saw Coyl and ordered them to leave the refuge.

Coyl proceeded to leave but was followed by Nielsen to a gas station about 20 miles away, and Nielsen demanded to see Coyl’s identification when he came out of the gas station.

Nielsen then pulled out his taser and threatened to arrest Coyl; he responded by saying, "A misdemeanor? A misdemeanor, a*shole."

Nielsen then tased Coyl, and he caught on fire because of the gasoline being pumped into his truck.

"I thought I was gonna die… Believe it or not, I went into instinct to stop, drop, and roll."

Coyl received first- and second-degree burns on his hands, and the incident has led to nightmares and trauma when he is near gas stations.

The Department of the Interior, which oversees the Fish and Wildlife Service, said, "A taser was deployed during this incident. Consistent with DOI policy, all such deployments undergo review, and we are unable to comment further while that process is ongoing."

Is a “wildlife officer” like a game warden?

Let me guess this criminal had the audacity to drink a beer while he was on a boat

Fella was pumping gas 20 miles from the park and the Wildlife Agent from Havasu National Park, who had kicked him out, asked to see his ID. The fella is pumping gas, calls the Wildlife Agent an a-hole and the Wildlife Agent "tases" the fella.

The Fella burst into flames.

In other words, the Wildlife Agent lit his arse up!!

Hope the guy gets paid a large sum, and hope the officer loses his job. He’s got no business being a cop.

Game wardens will bring out the tape measure on a law abiding citizen with a boat to make sure none of the specs shrank 1/4” while they were on ice but turn a blind eye to the bank fishers doing drugs, littering, being in possession of a firearm while being a felon, fishing without a license etc

Game warden comes upon a fella with four fish in a bucket and asks for his license. Fella says license for what, and the warden says for fishing.

Fella says these are my pets, I come out here each day, drop em in the water for a little swim, I call them, they come back to the bank and I pick em up and put them back in the bucket.

Game warden says oh yeah, takes the bucket dumps them in the water and says okay smartarse call them. And the fella says call who?

They won’t pay the tickets. Wardens target people who can and will pay fines sadly

I'm thinking that setting someone on fire 20 miles outside your jurisdiction might warrant some jail time.

The gas station where the guy got lit up is an Indian gas station ( feather not dot ). Fort Mohave Indian Tribe gas stations is the cheapest gas in the area. Unlike most stations if you use a credit card they tack on 10 cents a gallon. Not here.

Never going to happen. Works for Dept of Interior, they are EXEMPT from all claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, it only applies to the states and their agents. Feds are immune.

Edit:. DOI already cleared him of any wrongdoing.
