Serious question about this. From the video you see the guy that was killed "drawing" the pepper spray. I will be honest, I am not sure I would have been able to tell it was pepper spray or a gun if someone had done that to me. I am wondering if this is the reason he has not been arrested yet. How hard would it be to prosecute this case for murder?

Likely several will be arrested.
I saw a breakdown of the videos on Twitter abd it’s pretty clearly a planned hit. They had scouts, backup, and a shooter.
the guy who did the analysis said more of a clandestine operations hit the way it was run.
But they screwed up since they are idiots, gave conflicting reports to police, and implicated themselves on video like the morons they are.

From witness statements.. the victim and his friends were walking the opposite direction with their backs turned. They only turned around after the scout started yelling to the shooter that he's found some. After turning around.. was already too late. Shooter was ready. Victim didn't even have time to get a full spray of his mace off.
